Cozy Home at Base of Schweitzer

Perfect for mountain biking, hiking, and snow sports! Located approximately 1/2 mile from the Schweitzer Mountain shuttle parking and close to downtown Sandpoint, shopping, hiking and biking trails and lake Pend Oreille. You will have access to the entire home as well as the garage with lots of on-site parking. Plenty of beds for two families to enjoy the comforts of staying in an updated, clean home during your Sandpoint vacation.

Granite Ridge is an exclusive mountain neighborhood located conveniently at the base of Schweitzer Mountain, but still very accessible to town.

Guests have access to the entire property.

* Living Room: Beautiful open-plan living room, with a large ROKU smart TV and a selection of board games for your entertainment. Eat on the bar-stools and around the island along with a space-saving dining set for kids and adults alike.
* Kitchen: We have a fully stocked kitchen for you with lots of appliances, glassware and silverware! The kitchen is ideal for your family vacations, perfect for 2 families to getaway together, or even for some quiet time with immediate family and friends.
* Laundry: Conveniently located off the kitchen, we have a large washing machine and dryer, plus detergent on the shelves for your use.
* Master Bedroom : In addition to a full-size King bed, enjoy tons of closet space, an en-suite bathroom and shower, and a smart ROKU TV for your stay
* Guestroom 2 and 3: Both feature Queen beds, large closets and large mirrors so you can get ready in private
* Kids Bonus Room:. Lots of room, setup with 2 bunk beds for lots of memories for the whole family to be had (the bottom twins feature thicker mattresses for tweeners as well)
* Upstairs Bathroom: The bathroom has plenty of space, with a sink, vanity, shower/tub combination and toilet. Towels and bathroom amenities are included during your stay
* Downstairs Bathroom: Sink, vanity and toilet for all guests to enjoy downstairs during your stay
* Outdoors: We have a nice covered front porch to take in the view of the property and the beautiful Sandpoint fresh air. The covered porch comes with a small seating area and gas BBQ
* Parking: The home has a large driveway with plenty of parking plus a 2-car garage

Directions: From the 95:

- Go West on Schweitzer Mountain Cutoff Rd.
- Proceed straight through the roundabout and right at the end of the road (N Boyer Rd)
- Follow signs to Schweitzer, make a left on Schweitzer Mountain Road and look for the Shuttle Parking lot on the left.
- Immediately after crossing the train tracks, turn right on Granite Ridge Rd.
- When on Granite Ridge Rd, stay to the right at the Y junction onto Granite Ridge Rd E.
- The house will be on your left, and the driveway has a sharp incline (3 houses from the end of the road). If you have all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicles, please use that before heading up the driveway.

The shuttle stop to the mountain is literally less than a half-mile away. The shuttle leaves on the hour and every half-hour. Leave the house by car and get to the shuttle parking in less than 2 minutes, so avoid the parking hassle up on the mountain. Shuttles run both in the winter and summer months.
