Welcome to our 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom condo located in the heart of Golden! Newly constructed, the spacious condo has a modern, open concept layout with high ceilings, lots of natural light and enough space to comfortably sleep your group of 4 on your trip to Golden! The centrally located condo allows you to walk nearly anywhere you would like to go in Golden. No Car? No problem!

The bedroom has a KING bed with a large walk-in closet. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, large vanity and plenty of storage space. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances so you and your group are able to cook great meals together in the condo. We provide snacks and a Keurig coffee machine with K-Cups. The living room has a comfy couch (which is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa) and a Smart TV.

Our cleaners are working very hard to safely sanitize the home between stays. If there is a group checking out the day of your arrival, for cleaning purposes your check in time will be 4pm. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in (fee may apply) or dropping of luggage per request.

We give our guests a 4 digit code to access the home and the space you`d like, but we are only a message or call away. Also, we live 10 minutes away and can quickly assist if needed.

-VRBO reservations will require a signed rental agreement. In addition, a pre-authorization on the credit card will be held three days prior to the arrival date. This is NOT a charge, just a pre-authorization and if there is no damage after check-out, the pre-authorization will drop off two days after checkout. Just like a hotel does.
