Perfect location with ability to walk to most everywhere we planned to visit. The room was clean and beautiful. Easy designated parking. All amenities provided. Will stay here again!

Just want to say that there was an incident with two women screaming at each other in the hallway on check out morning. The one woman was complaining about the dog. When we got there, we saw the lady taking the dog out and I thought oh great we’re gonna hear This dog being taken out all night and barking. We were totally wrong. The dog barked once when we walked in and she stopped it from barking immediately. there was no problems at all with the dog. The one uptight woman that contacted you, she yelled at out and that’s how I know that, use the most foul language and was totally out of control. Now we were only there two days, but she screamed about how she’s had to put up with this all week. She was the worst part of the stay there. The dog lady kept trying to calm her down, but there was no stopping that wacko. We were trying to leave, but we’re too afraid to walk out with her vulgar screaming. Just wanted to let you know our experience of the matter from a non-partial person. The woman with the rescue dog was very cordial to us and did try to be with that woman. Would suggest possibly a box of tissues and to get rid of the mold by the kitchen windowsill. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay. Our daughter stayed here also when she vacation in New York. She recommended it to us.

This place is just great. Insanely nice location, beautiful house, special unique details. The host is what makes the place great though - he communicated with us really well, was understanding and thoughtful. My family is a lot and we all stayed and did our best to stay quiet. I’m thankful to have stayed here for the two nights we did and would recommend it to anyone.

The old house is classic! The space was great , comfortable bed , great walking area however it’s right next to a hotel and early morning there were loud deliveries , plus the sheets need to be updated, there is no bathroom shelf to put your goods on . Also there is a key entry problem - loved the location though ,

The property was very well maintained and stocked with everything you might need during your stay. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful front porch for sitting. Unfortunately noise was an issue. We did stay over the 4th of July and took that into account. The hotel next door had deliveries early morning 6:30 am and daily. The owner was very nice as the cleaners were. Good walking area and plenty of good restaurants.

Very Cozy, Clean, Convenient

I found the room to be very clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient location. It had everything you need for a short or long stay. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning with a coffee and a cocktail at night. I absolutely would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience. 5 Stars!!

The studio was very clean and in a great, safe area. We could walk to nearby coffee shops and museums. I would suggest adding some storage in the bathroom and some hooks for coats when you walk in. There is a nightstand on one side, it would be helpful to have another one on the other side. Overall it was lovely.

Perfect Stay

Everything about this apartment was perfect for us. The location was great and it super easy to walk to many places on Park Avenue and East Avenue. The bed was super comfortable in the shower was great. The kitchen suited our needs for coffee, tea, and warming things up in the microwave. It was nice to have the larger size fridge. we will definitely plan to stay there the next time we come to visit our grandkids!

Cozy, clean stay in a perfect location

The Vrbo could not be more perfect! Clean, very cute, and within walking or a short driving distance to many of the main attractions in Rochester! Especially great if you’re planning to visit museums around the city. The bed was very comfortable and on-site parking was convenient.

Beautiful Stay

This was my first Vrbo experience and it was great. The hosts were amazing. The place was beautiful. Rochester was great. If I ever come back to this part of New York, I'll happily stay here again.

Clean, Simple Stay

Clean, simple stay. Everything is as advertised. I did not spend too much time in the space and only slept and showered because I was out and about most of the time. However, the place has everything you needed and clean. The only downside was you can hear everything outside and in the hallways in the morning. But that comes with the territory of an old building. The noise did not bother me, but my noise tolerance is high because I sleep well. I recommend and will stay again.

Great location but still quiet and peaceful

We figured being so close in town would mean dealing with city noise, but the neighborhood was very peaceful, super walkable, and convenient for all the sights and activities. Kitchen was fine, owners were responsive, room was very pretty. Had a great stay.

Clean and Charming

Large older house divided into 6 units. The studio unit we stayed in had everything we needed. Only issue was with parking. Although we had an assigned spot, twice someone from the hotel next store had parked in our spot at night forcing us to find another parking place.
