Painstakingly decorated, the kitchen and living room share an open space which is perfect for unwinding with a dining table that seats four, plus two barstools at the island in kitchen. Nestled along the banks of the picturesque Catawba River. We are just 20 minutes from downtown Charlotte and yet a world away from the harried lifestyle of the big city. Right across the street is River Street Park (with Disc Golf course). We are a quick walk to the Dutchman Creek boat and kayak launch on the Catawba River (be sure to check out Aquatic Adventures), CaroMont Regional Medical Center, and charming Downtown Mount Holly.

Mount Holly, NC offers attractions including Lake Norman, the U.S. National Whitewater Center (12 minutes away), and the Billy Graham Library. Entertainment spots include SideTrax Sports Bar and Treble Clef Wine Shop, while family fun can be had at the SEA LIFE Aquarium and Carolina Raptor Center.

The driveway accomodates up to (4) four cars. Uber and Lyft are great options, as well as walking on foot.

-**Please don't flush anything but toilet paper!! The system is sensitve and may back up if anything but TP is flushed.**
-**Please do not dispose of grease directly down the kitchen sink drain! That too will damage the system. Please dispose of grease in the garbage can only.**

SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present:  We have one doorbell camera at the front door, one at the front porch, and one overlooking the rear patio. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
**If you would like to see if our cleaners are able to accomodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.

Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $1,500 for content and $1,500 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*
