Entièrement rénové pour l'été 2019 !! Ce fantastique 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain appartement inférieur d'un duplex a un nouveau plancher, cuisine et salles de bains! Près de l'une des meilleures plages de surf de Newport et à quelques pas du sable. Ceci est une maison de plage idéale pour des vacances en famille. Il a été décoré par des professionnels et entièrement meublé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre maison loin de chez vous.

En entrant dans la porte d'entrée, vous entrez dans le salon avec des plafonds voûtés, de nombreux sièges et une télévision à écran plat. En vous dirigeant vers l'avant de la propriété, vous trouverez une porte coulissante menant à un patio avec vue sur la plage, un barbecue et une table de patio, des chaises et un parasol.

En revenant dans la propriété, vous trouverez une pittoresque salle à manger juste à côté de la cuisine entièrement blanche et récemment rénovée. Unité de buanderie empilée est juste à côté de la cuisine, une commodité ne trouve pas toujours dans les maisons de plage.

Au bout du couloir se trouvent 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes fraîchement rénovées. 3 téléviseurs - salon et 2 premières chambres. SLP12937

Beautiful Beach House

Property was as listed. Very clean, functional, comfortable and ideal location. Short walk to the beach, close to parks and close proximity to many places to eat. We have rented in Newport for many years and this property is definitely one we'll consider for future stays.

Perfect beach getaway

Located steps from the sand, this property is perfectly situated in a quieter part of Newport Beach, but is still within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and bars. We enjoyed dinners and afternoons on the front patio and had everything we needed to bbq or cook meals. We would definitely go back to this unit!

It's not at all fancy, but the décor is cute and comfortable and the bedrooms are large. The bathroom is fairly basic, but totally fine. Location is perfect. Price is right. I would come back here myself and recommend to a friend. My only complaint is the pillow were fairly lumpy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property needs new pillows (bad quality) along with mirrors. The shower doors in one of the bathrooms need to be put on runners as the doors just sway back and forth. Something bad there is going to happen with someone falling into the tub. We needed to sweep the floors (mainly bedrooms) along with clean all the knobs in the kitchen(sticky). Property company great to work with

Beautiful Home, Management Needs Improvements

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself is gorgeous. One block from the beach, the location can't be beat. It's recently been renovated and the kitchen/patio is wonderful for small groups. However, our overall experience was quite unpleasant due to the fact that the guaranteed parking spot was unavailable for the first 1.5days of our stay, there was only one roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms, there were no paper towels on the holder, and there was a bag of dirty linens left in the living room from the previous renters. Although the house itself was great, I would be hesitant to rent from this company again due to their unresponsiveness and maintenance/cleaning services.

Just an OK rental

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was just ok. If you are looking for good location this is the place. Beware- it has no AC (which was disclosed) but it is HOT! There wasn’t much of a breeze that came through the windows and the front sliding glass door needs some work to be able to open it. The pictures of the place look much better than it is. Needs work. It was fine for what we needed it for, sleeping, otherwise we really weren’t there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Charming little beach house. Great location walking steps to the beach and a quick bike ride to the pier. We new the one bathroom would be an inconvenience. And the parking space is for a compact car only. The house also did not include many things as far as toiletries, paper towels, kitchen towels, etc that would be expected. I have rented beach homes before where all these items are stocked as well as coffee and other nice touches. The house also could have been cleaned much more thouroughly.

Beach House Close to the Sand

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the positive features of the home: it was convenient, close to the sand, clean, queen beds in each room, close to food, bike rentals, etc. Overall, the description on the website was accurate. However, there were several things that were disappointing. First, the property sleeps 8. The kitchen lacks many basic items you would expect when feeding a family of 8, such as: no pot holders, no dish towels, no sponge, no large frying pan (2 small ones), no salad or mixing bowls, the cookie sheet was too big so the oven door wouldn't close with the cookie sheet inside. Also,the ice maker was broken (4 ice trays were provided), there were NO additional kitchen trash bags other than the 1 that was inside the trash can when we arrived! Before our vacation, I called NBVP 3 times and emailed once, to ask about the contents of the kitchen. My email was not answered and when I called to follow up, the property mgr. said she didn't get it. I was told she would call me back with an answer to my questions, but she never did. Finally, on my 3rd try, I was told that they didn't know what was included in the kitchen. It's up to each property owner. There was no list of included items. :( Finally, the maintenance man came twice, in the middle of our stay, while we were home, to measure and install a screen door. We were given no advance notice for either visit, as is required by the lease.

It was perfect location and duplex has just been redecorated by a design professional and looks great. It is very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room. I highly recommend it. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The inside of the house was perfect. The rental company should disclose no SUV for the garage space. Or perhaps charge for one space. The only way 2 cars can fit in this space is if the car is size of a Prius or similar size.The ceilings are thin so you can hear the above unit even walking around if you are not a heavy sleeper pack ear plugs. Besides that the house was clean updated and in a great location.

Close enough to the pier for a daily walk down but far enough away to get away from some of the crowds. Small garage the only downside to an otherwise great space.
