Très joliment décoré trois chambres rancher dans une grande communaut�� r��sidentielle (Clearwater) qui a une grande piscine commune et des courts de tennis. La propriété est de plain pied avec plan d'étage ouvert agréable. Une suite parentale avec deux chambres suppl��mentaires et salle de bain salle. pont au large de Belle cuisine et salle à manger. Bethany permis de stationnement est inclus avec la location. Animaux acceptés (contre supplément). Court trajet en voiture ou en vélo à la plage. Nice Little Place

Great location uncomfortable beds

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location since it was in a nice neighborhood, and away from any of the noise associated being with right on the beach.That said, all of the beds were in bad shape and you can actually feel the springs in your back when trying to sleep. Additionally, the kitchen pans were all Teflon and flaking. So we don’t have high expectations for these rentals spending $150 at Walmart to get a new set of pots and pans and some kitchen utensils would go along way.If the beds were fixed, we will definitely come back.

Great location and community, needs TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Clearwater and overall, this house is pleasant. But it desperately needs a deep cleaning! While the baths and bedrooms were given a routine cleaning, and were fine at first use, after we were there a few days we noticed dust and dirt on the light fixtures (one right over the kitchen table), corners of the kitchen counters, bathrooms and behind the TV. When I went to adjust the TV I got a handful of dust! The plastic handle on the bathtub is full of mold. Ugh. Really unpleasant and we would've said something but the house needs to be empty to give a proper cleaning -- top to bottom! So we lived with it and cleaned where we had to. Also, previous comments about the beds being uncomfortable are factual. And there were ants. (Bought ant traps). And lacking many amenities -- bath mats! A broom! A colander! Internet that can handle modern use! Props to the Wilgus office staff. Friendly and helpful. Also props for the updated back porch.

Needed Improvements

The propery location was good. The backyard was pleasant and the neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed the pool. The beds were terrible . Even young members of my family complained of back bain after sleeping on the beds( everyone of them) for one night. I wound up sleeping on the sofa the entire time. There were no bath mats in either bathroom. Nor was there a kichen mat. There were not enough bowls or plates. I have rented all my life at the Ocean at either Bethany or Ocean City, Maryland and have never experienced a rental that did not provide basic mats for tge bathroom and kitchen. There was no handsoap in either bathroom and we had to purchase this as well. Most time owners also provide this basic necessity. There were no cleaning supplies. I like to try and keave an owner's property in a clean state, however there was no windex, comet, or ckeaning supplies. Again, every rental I have occupied has provided these staples.

Cute quiet home

Nice quiet area. Easy to get places and management is <10 min away. Clean and spacious home. There's only one TV in one bedroom though so its a little behind the times in that aspect. If your just looking for a no frills place to stay this is it. Management girls were great with check in and out and we had no issues with property while there.

Exceeded expectations

This house exceeded our expectations! It was in a really great area (less than 5 minutes to anything you could need- grocery, beach, shops, restaurants). As noted previously the yard is not full fenced in however the neighborhood is a really great place to walk dogs. The cleanliness of the house was not an issue for us. Checking in and out was also super easy. We would recommend this house and company in the future for sure. Great neighbors too! Very friendly.

Reviewer Comments: Very quite neighborhood, disappointed in no sheets, towels, paper towel, toilet paper, basically nothing first time I have ever rented a house they had absolutely nothing, and require you to clean and mop, so why do they have cleaning free.The beds were the worst need to invest in new ones.

Wasn't clear that they didn't supply anything, and no bed sheets, no toilet paper, no paper towels,

Very surprised they didn't supply anything, even basic, toilet paper, paper towels, sheets for beds, towels to take shower, all beds are very uncomfortable, should be replaced. Other than that house was nice area was quite. But very disappointed about not having the basics, first place I ever stayed that at least didn't supply the basic since there was a large cleaning charge.

Location was great short drive to Bethany beach and stores house came with one parking permit for the beach my son had to pay at beach but was easy enough had meters to pay all day n was reasonable parking was available as long as you got there early enough. House had front porch small and back deck property wasn’t fenced in for our dog but I had brought a gate with me . Complex had a pool for grandkids which was good they couldn’t stay on beach all day . Overall our stay was nice location was perfect .

Short stay

We had a great family vacay. House was the perfect size, all on one floor, beautiful neighborhood, and the neighbors were so friendly. Close to the beach and other activities for the kids. I loved our stay!!!

End of June 2021 Beach Vacation

Reviewer Comments: Wilgus is amazing, first would like to say this.My stay was a 3 overall.The bedding needed washed it was not fresh, luckily a washer and dryer were in the unit.It's dog friendly which was why we stayed here, for the dogs it was nice, but again far away from beach.Location is too far from beach, mattresses in guest bedrooms need replaced for sure 100%, super noises as you feel like you are going to fall through.Keep in mind the fence only is in the front of the property and with needing to keep your dog on leashes for their safety as you are next to a MAIN ROAD - literally I would invest in extending the fence since it is dog friendly.KEEP IN MIND the BEDS are NOT COMFORTABLE AND WAY TOO SMALL FOR A FAMILY OF ADULTS. Again, thankful I was able to find a pet friendly place and it was a Ranch house with no steps which was nice. Air worked well, looks like a new dishwasher, but we didn't use it. We ate out most of the time, great restaurants and beach is so well kept. The Town of Bethany is super cool! We loved the parking pass, but keep in mind it only works for PAID LOTS!! Not everywhere you can use it. Again, great to have.

Good Location, ok amenities

Dog friendly and a quick drive to either Bethany Beach or Fenwick Island State Park (the dog friendly beach). 2/4 oven burners did not work and the grill looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Has a nice yard, deck and outdoor shower.

Over all a pleasant stay

Overall it was a pleasant stay for my family. There were some things that could have been better but not enough to not enjoy the stay. Cons: Beds were like sleeping on a table and made lots of noise when turning or re-adjusting for comfort. One of the stove burns was tempermental when on high setting and the drier was very slow to dry clothes, it took about 3 cycles to get our clothes to dry. There were some minor damages apon arrival sich as glass on table had been broken and fixed with tape, the closet door in the bu k bed room wouldn't close and under the top bunk the lining had a rip in it. Pros: location was great and excellent environment for your furry friend. Rooms were roomy and the ceiling fans were a blessing. Furniture and the layout were perfect for our family. We would definitely rent again possibly for our next summer vacation.

Cute little beach cottage

Great experience for my family and I along with our doggies. Love that a parking pass was included so that we didn't have to worry about parking delimmas down town and at the beach. We never did find the community pool but we spent most of our time at the beach anyway. Really great trip and house/location. Would recommend.

Nice place.

Overall very nice. A few things that could have made it better. The mattresses were not comfortable. The kitchen had a ton of ants. The table had a glass top with a large crack which of course the kids couldn't resist & cut themselves. Half of the stove top ranges did not work.
