COMMUNITY AMENITIES
The Master Community Association requires a $150 fee per rental period This fee shows up as an Administrative Fee. With that comes 10 wristbands and 2 fobs.
Wristbands and key fobs can be shared. Wristbands are not required for children under 4.

Beach Shuttle
Runs every hour from Thursday to Monday (Memorial Day to Labor Day) from the community to Bethany Beach, with multiple stops throughout the community.

This property features 1 exterior security camera and a house alarm system. The camera faces toward the driveway. The camera record video and sound when activated by motion.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent by the owner to your email.
