L'appartement d'une chambre dispose d'une cuisine américaine contemporaine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, congélateur, plaques électriques et four. Le salon est spacieux où il y a un grand canapé-lit double pour les personnes supplémentaires, ainsi qu'un matelas pneumatique supplémentaire. La chambre a un lit double super confortable et beaucoup d'espace.

Bon séjour

Bon séjour dans l’appartement qui convient parfaitement quand on est à Londres pour visiter. L’annonce ne précise cependant pas qu’il se trouve en sous sol donc relativement sombre.

Appartement assez spacieux et calme, bien situé.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cet appartement en plein mois d’août, une famille avec 2 enfants de 10 et 12 ans. Il s’agit d’un appartement en dessous du niveau de la route, ce qui était assez atypique pour nous. Malgré un extérieur pas très attrayant (passage dans des escaliers assez étroits, dégagements pas super entretenus côté route), malgré les grillages aux fenêtres et les 4 serrures à la porte, nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cet appartement. En effet, le quartier est calme et rassurant, les voisins très discrets. Quelques sirènes de temps en temps (st Mary’s hospital pas très loin) et le bruit de quelques rutilents bolides Porsche ou Aston Martin sur Gloucester Terrace, mais rien qui nous a empêchés de bien nous reposer après de longues journées de visite. L’intérieur de l’appartement est conforme aux images, tout fonctionnait très bien, beaucoup de prises électriques disponibles. Avec un matelas un peu plus ferme (vraiment trop mou à mon goût) et un canapé clic-clac un poil plus large et de meilleure qualité (suffisant pour deux enfants assez petits, mais pas pour deux adolescents), nous aurions mis un 5/5 à cet appartement. Merci à John pour sa réactivité lors de nos échanges pour la réservation. Merci à Domi pour son accueil et sa gentillesse lors du check-in et du check-out. Nous recommandons cet appartement fonctionnel et bien situé.

un tres agreable sejour le logement est propre fonctionnel et super bien placé ( 5 minutes du metro) quartier calme et tout a porté de main le couchage dans le canape lit est un peu incorfortable : seul point a revoir

Belle Appartement

Flat as described & expected. Bit small for family of 5 though especially with only 1 bathroom

Very clean and well decorated flat. Flat decription very accurate. Meeting instructions Ok Location very central (10mn access to Tube or Train station / 20mn walk to HydePark / supermarket very close too) and very calm. London transportation being extremely expensive we made the choice to stay central and this was really worth (by the way, London Pass + Oyster transportation card is really recommended....) Appatment just under street level, so not much natural light if you plan to stay there during the day.... which of course would be a shame in London as there are so many things to visit!!! Washing machine available but no dryier though...so you need to hang your clothes during the day! Around 1 hour transportation time from City Airport by taxi and the same to Heathrow via Picadilly Line Little small though for a family of 5, especially as there is only one bathroom.... you really need to be organised especially with the kids if you want to leave at 9am as we did every morning! Small kitchen but very practical. No dishmachine though

Perfect location

Literally 5 mins walk to paddington station in a safe and easy neighbourhood. The place was big enough for a family of 3 and well stocked with towels and sheets. I would recommend a dehumidifier in summer months but otherwise we were incredibly happy. John is quick to respond and has staff available if you need.

Wonderful apartment, great location

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. It had everything that we needed. John was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location can't be beat, with Paddington station just a short walk away and wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

London Flat near Paddington Station

This flat was in a great location, close to restaurants, bars, and Paddington Station. The flat was very clean and had lots of extra towels. Entering the apartment was a bit tricky (several keys to open front door) but that really wasn't a problem. Communication with John was excellent. We would stay here again.

Paddington base

The property is just as it appears as listed. It’s a good-sized space and relaxing. It’s a great location; close to the station, grocery stores and restaurants. We did cook in for some meals, so there were enough supplies in the kitchen. John was quick to repsond to any questions and was helpful. We would stay in this VRBO again.

Perfect place to stay in London

I booked this property at the last minute--flew to the UK to be there for the Queen's funeral. It is in a perfect and very safe location. If you know London at all, the Bayswater W2 address is very good. A short walk to Paddington Station, where the new Elizabeth Line also stops, so it's an easy ride to and from Heathrow. The bed was comfortable, the shower nice and hot, the sitting area very nice--just a few more lamps needed. Will definitely stay here again. And it's quiet!

Perfect stay in London

Our stay at John’s flat was amazing. So close to Paddington Station, which made travel easy. Beautiful, quite neighborhood, with pubs and sights to see within walking distance. The space was perfect for our needs and very clean.

Location Location Location

Spent 9 days here and I'm glad I jumped on it as it seems to book up quickly. It was a fist trip to the UK for my teens to see their cousins on their turf and they really loved this place. It was clean, had enough space, well equipped with excellent wifi (enough for all of us to get work, school and streaming). The location, location location made it so easy for even my teens to navigate to almost anywhere in the city. I appreciated the emphasis on security with the extra locks (you'll get the hang of them) on doors and windows. It's a beautiful neighborhood but no place is ever 100% safe. As a mom traveling with her kids, I felt very safe & secure in the unit. There's plenty of room for vacation rental and plenty of hot water. Watch your step in and out the shower, it can get a little slippery. Thanks to John for the excellent communication and housekeeping (ran into her checking in and she was lovely and helpful). Thanks y'all. We'll probably rent here again.

Fabulous!

This is a lovely spacious apartment 2 blocks from Paddington station and so close to all the other attractions this area has to offer. If you don’t want to walk somewhere there is public transport to anywhere you wish almost on your door step. It’s an elegant and safe area to stay. The apartment is very spacious with excellent facilities. I would definitely stay there again.

The perfect base for a central London stay

A great apartment in an area with an abundance of really good bars and restaurants. The check in was seamless despite me being late due to work. Well fitted out and very comfortable with really fast WiFi which is a rarity in a lot of London flats. Would most definitely return. Thank you

Good choice. Great Location

The flat was comfortable, with good size rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped; plenty of hot water; the bathroom had lots of shelf/storage space, which is not always the case in rentals. We liked the location. A six-minute walk to Paddington and close to several useful bus stops. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and a large supermarket are also within a short walking distance.
