This beautifully decorated 5-bedroom, 3-bath home is in a great location and offers abundant amenities. You are a short 4-block walk to South Beach and a 5-minute stroll to South Haven's vibrant restaurants, shopping, and wine tasting rooms. The house features an awesome game room, hot tub, fire pit, screened-in porch, large deck, and a huge yard with a volleyball/badminton net.

Spacious Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
• Main Floor:
- 1 King Bedroom attached to a full bath (bathtub/shower combo) - perfect for guests preferring to avoid stairs. Bathroom also opens into hallway for all guests to use.
- 1 Bunk Room with 1 bunk bed with XL twin mattresses.

• Second Floor:
- 1 King Bedroom attached to a full bath (bathroom also opens into hallway)
- 1 Queen Bedroom (small bedroom).
- 1 Bunk Room with 2 bunk beds and a queen bed (sleeps 6 total).
- 2 Full Bathrooms (both with a walk-in shower, one is attached to king bedroom).

Living & Dining:
• Kitchen: Fully stocked for all your cooking and baking needs, and a full coffee bar.
• Dining Room: Large table seating 12, plus 2 folding chairs to comfortably accommodate 14.
• Family Room: Sectional couch with a section that pulls out to create another sleeping area, café table, and an electric fireplace (enjoy extra warmth in the winter or a heatless flame feature anytime).
• Large Screened-in Porch: Comfortable couch and café table. Windows and heater are provided in the cooler months to enjoy the space in the fall and spring.

Endless Entertainment & Outdoor Fun:
• Backyard Oasis: A 6-person hot tub, a fire pit, a huge yard with a volleyball/badminton net and basketball goal.
• Back Deck: Large Weber grill, two tables that comfortably seat 12 people, huge umbrella to provide plenty of shade.
• Basement Game Room: Features an official Skee-Ball game, 2 video arcades, shuffleboard and a foosball table.
• Outdoor Games: Cornhole, Giant Jenga, all supplies provided for volleyball, badminton, and basketball.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this South Haven home! From the moment we walked in, we were so impressed by how spotless and well-equipped the property was. Everything our family needed was provided, which made our stay effortless and relaxing.The location is ideal; it’s an easy, beautiful walk to both the beach and the local shops.Our family created so many special memories during our time here.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless, family-friendly South Haven vacation!

Our family of 9 really enjoyed our stay in South Haven! It was a great house, there were more than enough beds & bathrooms for everyone, and we were impressed with the good use of space. Pictures of the house were accurate, and it was even nicer in person. We had fun in the basement, and the kitchen had lots of room for everyone to move around, and was well stocked with everything we needed. It was very convenient to have a high chair, beach towels and beach chairs, etc for us to use. We enjoyed the backyard and the hot tub too. It was an easy, 10 minute or so walk to the beach and downtown as well. We hope to come back!

Cardinal Cove

Well appointed rental home. Very comfortable for our 3 families of 6 adults and 5 young children. Game room and arcades were enjoyed by kids and adults. Quiet neighborhood, Private outdoor space: fire pit, hot tub, yard for badminton/volleyball, deck (with table and canopy), were all great. The provided beach chairs and wagon were handy for an easy 10 minute walk to the beach (on sidewalk). Easy walk to downtown dining.

Everything we needed for a fun weekend away!

I can't say enough good things about our stay here at the house and about the communication with Kathy. She answered my message right away and took care of what we needed. She even went out of her way to get firewood for us when we could have gotten it ourselves. We used everything from the fire pit, the hot tub, the spacious kitchen with everything we needed, and the many bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. It was nice having the washer and dryer when we needed, and the basement was adorable with so many games we could play! The front porch is a nice play to touch with for fresh air and more games were in the cabinet if we needed it. The gas fireplace in the wall in the living room kept things nice and cozy while we watched movies on the couch. We are grateful for how gracious Kathy was and we felt right at home! Definitely a gem! Thanks again!

We are the Cruz family of four, and our vacation home hosting journey began in beautiful South Haven, MI in 2023. Charlie enjoys home improvement projects and ensuring the homes are in tip-top shape. Kathy loves decorating and hosting to make every guest feel special and welcomed from the moment they walk in. Having vacation rental properties in South Haven is a perfect way to blend our hobbies in a city we also love to visit! We’ve also gotten our two kids involved and have enjoyed family time together creating two vacation homes to share with our guests. There is always some work to do when we visit the houses, but we also love our time together enjoying all the amenities of each home and all that South Haven has to offer. So much blood, sweat, tears, pride, and joy have gone into our two homes, Golden Sunray (blue) and Cardinal Cove (red) and we hope to share them with you and your family and friends. We always appreciate the opportunity welcome to our homes. We hope you come and make lifelong memories.

We love the location of both our homes because they are close and easily walkable to South Beach on Lake Michigan, and downtown South Haven with all the delicious restaurants, fun shops, and wine tasting rooms. They are both older homes so they have a lot of unique charm, but with all the modern comforts and necessities for an easy and relaxing stay. It’s been a joy to decorate them both in a relaxing beach theme with fun colors and decor.

We pride ourselves in top notch guest service to make your stay as perfect as possible and we try to make each guest feel special and welcomed! As for the homes, what sets us apart at Golden Sunray (blue house) is the location and 3-hole putting green in the back yard! For Cardinal Cove (red house) it’s the awesome game room, huge yard, and hot tub! And, we love the beach vacation vibe you feel the minute you enter each home!
