Helpful Resort Information

• Check-in: 4:00 p.m.

• Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

• Minimum age to register: 18.

• Self-parking: $10 per day.

• A $100 security deposit is included in the credit card pre-authorization.

• The credit card on file is authorized before arrival for the anticipated amount of the stay, including the security deposit.

• Unused authorized funds are released after departure according to the credit card company's and bank's processing policies.

• Guest delivery handling fees: 1–15 lbs: $6.25; 16–30 lbs: $12.50; 31+ lbs: $25; pallets: $90.

• Café Soleil is closed for renovations September 8–November 24, 2026. A limited menu is available at the Marketplace during this period.

• The property entrance has changed; guests arriving from Palm Parkway should use the new entrance at Daryl Carter Parkway.

• Late arrivals after midnight must contact the resort front desk to avoid no-show cancellation.

House Rules / Policies

• No smoking is permitted in non-smoking rooms; a $250 smoking fee may be assessed.

• Designated outdoor smoking areas are available; ask the Front Desk for locations.

• No flotation devices are permitted in the pool.

• Waterslide users must be 42 inches or taller.

• The primary guest must meet the resort's minimum check-in age of 18.

• Maximum occupancy: 2 guests.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charge upon check out.
