Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 7 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. The parking is not assigned and is first come first serve for this neighborhood parking areas. During winter months cars must be rotated to allow for snow removal operations. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

A Cozy 2 bedroom with a large loft near Stage Coach and Boulder lodges at Heavenly. The kitchen is a great place for cooking and entertaining with friends any family, granite counter tops, flat cook top and stainless steal appliances.
The living room has a new gas fireplace that will warm you up on a winter day, the kitchen is open to the living room. The first bedroom is off the living room, has a queen size bed and full private bathroom. Above is a large loft with two queen size beds and a full private bathroom.

Great property with superb location

Spacious, clean property close to Heavenly stagecoach and boulder lifts. Close proximity to South Lake Tahoe for restaurants and casinos. Hot tub is down the road.

Downstairs neighbor not friendly

The neighbor downstairs, called the cops on us around 4pm cause according to him we were having a loud party. It was only my husband, son, mother in law and my self staying there for the weekend.. this was on the first day we arrived. Our whole trip was us walking on eggshells while we were there.. mind you the sheriff told us the county Curfew was 10pm. Don’t stay here if you have a kid or kids. Or you will be dealing with a grumpy old man.

Great location

This was perfect for us! Ended up being only 3 of us and it was super comfortable. Management was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

This place was great. Super close to Stagecoach, close to food and grocery store. Just a few minor issues with facility. Upstairs bathroom tub fixtures very old. Overall great place for a family get away.

Not the best choice for me

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although this condo was in a great location for what I needed, just 15 min from a condo other friends rented & from the event we were there for, I was disappointed in the condo set up & condition. I removed my shoes like requested at the door & the floors had my socks covered in dust. The rooms smelled dirty, like stale air & there was no AC, so no airflow. I had to open windows to allow fresh air inside & just keep them open all 4 days. I’m grateful the air outside was cool. They did provide floor fan if needed. The kitchen was fine & met my needs just fine. The 2 master bedrooms are right next to each other & share a tiny, old, worn out bathroom with tub & shower. The hot water was nice. Nothing else positive to say here. It is outdated & not kept up well. The upstairs area had a twin bed, bunk beds, couch & little balcony. The bathroom upstairs had a broken jacuzzi tub & toilet, no shower. I had to have the friend that was slated to stay with me, stay elsewhere to avoid sharing my full bathroom. I did not feel it was enough privacy/relaxation for a friend to stay with me as planned. There are 2 queen beds but due to one bathroom not having a shower & the other being so small, plus the full bedrooms so close to each other, I was not comfortable sharing my condo. Also note it is about 5 short flights of stairs to condo. It is set up more like an apartment building. There is also no assigned parking (first come, first served). For contrast, my friend’s condo down the road had a full downstairs bedroom & bathroom, full middle level with the same, upper level with big kitchen, living area & half bath, assigned parking in front of unit, guest parking, & big balcony, for only a little more than I paid. One positive of mine though, was a view of the lake out kitchen window which lined up to the hallway window. That helped brighten my little condo. It is the least nice place I have rented on VRBO, but not a terrible place. Just didn’t quite meet my

ok location, but wifi didnt work, only sort of modern...

The location wasn't too far from South lake tahoe area, about 10-15 mins away so it was relatively convenient. The internet Wifi didn't work the entire time we were there. When we registered a complaint they attemped to fix it by sending someone over which in the end didn't solve the problem. We were told it happens in the mountains when a lot of people are in town, so be aware if you rent this you may not get any WIFI. It would be better if they placed a disclamer stating Internet access is inconsistent and not guaranteed. This place was "half modern", meaning the kitchen got a facelft, but the bathrooms are sorely are in need of a remodel, fixtures are very old and dated. the place doesnt offer AC, ( note it was not advertised as having AC) so but be aware it could still be hot. We were there and it was in the 70's. The blankets were for winter so probably couldve used some summer bedding. they provided fans for air circulation and opening the windows in the evening helped cool the place down. I probably wouldnt stay again due to wifi problem which was a big inconvenience.

Great location, easy access to multiple areas on the Heavenly Ski Resort / downtown. Condo layout great for group of people looking to relax after a hard day on the mountain.

Nice place, gorgeous views, internet issues

My family loved this beautiful condo, and the kids loved the loft and the foosball table. But as I noticed someone else mention, we had no internet the whole time. Evidently this is a chronic issue on this mountain top, but no fault of the owner. We still had a great experience, but be aware in case you truly need internet.
