Book now and start planning your perfect escape!.4This is a 4 bedroom, 2000 sq ft home with a fully equipped kitchen to fix your family or group`s meals. There is a large smart TV in the living room and master bedroom, with free Wi-Fi. We have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. Bedroom 1 has a full bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom 4 is the master with a king bed and it`s own bathroom. Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the fenced front yard. We have a pool table , Pac Man video game, board games, and a few toys for the kids. Laundry facilities in the home.
We will be available via text or phone call. We have our own place in town and are about 15 minutes away if we are needed on the property. We have a security system that allows us to view the outside of the property if there are issues. Secure key-less entry allows guests to remotely check in with us.
The home is located in the Shannon Park area. There is a cute family friendly park a block and a half away with a swing set, play equipment, picnicking area, and ball fields. The city, with shopping, restaurants, river walk, museums and nightlife all within just a few minutes’ drive. Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing, and more are all close by as well.
We have a longer driveway that easily accommodates 2 vehicles, and several just off the street parking spaces along our fence line. Uber, Lyft, or taxis can take you here, and public bus transportation can drop you about 8 blocks away.
We have great relationships with our neighbors and would like to keep it this way! Please be respectful of them and keep the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM

Absolutely no sitting or laying on the pool table.
All garbage must be bagged and the bags go in the bin next to the parking spot. On Sundays please take the garbage bins to the end of the driveway and place next to the mailbox.
Please be considerate of the neighbors. We have great relationships with them and want to continue to keep it that way!
Upon check out, leave all dishes washed (can be left to dry in the dish drainer), and empty the garbage.
