The Space:
When you arrive to the home, you'll have a 3-car driveway to park, a porch swing and a screen door. Using the unique code assigned to you, you'll enter a large hallway and the first 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.
With Smart TVs in every bedroom, movie nights are a breeze, while the family-friendly atmosphere ensures that guests of all ages feel right at home. We also have 3 air mattresses in the house that are available for use.
The first bedroom has a Queen Temperpedic mattress with an adjustable base. Side built in cabinets for your personal items, smart 50" TV, and a closet.
The full bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as towels for your stay.
The 2nd bedroom is the "bunk room" It's a triple bunk bed (twin over twins) as well as some kid toys, smart TV, and a Swing!
As you walk down the hall, you'll see the garage door (locked) and a set of stairs to your right and another bedroom to your left.
The 3rd Bedroom has a King bed, a dedicated workspace as well as a bunk bed (in the closet!) A great option for kids or teenagers.
Up the stairs takes you to a Jr Suite with 2 Queen Daybeds and a Full Murphy bed, as well as an 86" Smart TV, a closet and a full bathroom with raised vanities.
Back downstairs and to your right opens up into the living room, kitchen and dining space. Open concept with vaulted ceilings, lots of space to gather. On the left hand side there is a small segue to the primary ensuite which has a King bed with an adjustable base, a large bathroom with a private water closet, separate shower and 6ft tub as well as dual vanities.
As for parking the Garage is NOT accessible, it has the owner's personal items in it but street parking is available along with the driveway. Please remember if on the street, be sure to leave 3+ feet from driveways.
Venture outdoors to bounce on the trampoline or relax on the covered back patio and enjoy the fully fenced in backyard, complete with ample seating and a BBQ grill for alfresco dining.

Guest Access:
You should receive a unique 4 digit code after your booking is confirmed. Either through the platforms messaging or via email. We change codes after each guest for safety and security. The main front door to access the main home and through the side front gate to access the Private Guest House above the 3rd bay garage. Private guest house is attached to the main house but no door between the two connecting them. Sound proof wall between private guest house and the main house.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Canyon County, Caldwell Idaho, right off the main freeway and large Hwy 20/26, it's a great jumping point to either the Boise Metropolitan area or Owyhee, Gem, and Washington counties.
Getting Around:
From I-84W Take Exit 29 - Continue on US-20E/US-26E. Take a Left at Aviation Way, Right on Nantucket, Left on Cliff Swallow and the home will be on your right.

Our home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled, but due to our location, occasional outdoor insects or wildlife (ants, spiders, flies, squirrels, etc.) may be present. This is considered normal for the area and does not qualify for refunds under Airbnb policy.
Noise & Neighborhood Disclaimer:
This home is in a lived-in neighborhood. While itâs generally quiet, we cannot guarantee there wonât be occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic. No refunds will be given for external noise beyond our control.
Security Cameras (Exterior Only) Disclosure:
For the safety of guests and the property, outdoor-only security cameras are in use. There are no cameras inside the home.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out Policy:
Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees per Airbnb policy.
No Compensation for Utility Outages:
In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided. Weâll do our best to assist, but outages are typically out of our control.
Photographic Accuracy & Variations:
We regularly update and improve our space. While photos are representative, some decor or furniture may differ slightly. This does not qualify as grounds for refund.
Guest Responsibility for Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, as outlined in Airbnbâs Terms of Service and AirCover policy. Any issues must be reported immediately to avoid further impact.
Interaction with Guests:
We have the home set up to use self-check-in. We like to give our guests privacy, but are nearby if you need anything.
