To enjoy these clubhouses, simply present your parking pass and identification upon entry - included for all guests. The Retreat is a short walk away, and the Oasis is a short drive from SUNSET VILLA ORLANDO - a complimentary shuttle is also available.

Home has a private garage, driveway, as well as ample street parking. The gated entry provides a secure community.
Other things to note
Pool heat is an additional charge of $30 per day plus tax.
BBQ grill is available for weeklong rentals at $75 per day plus tax.

To make your arrival a little easier on you, our starter welcome packet includes:
* 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom
* 2 round hotel-size bar soap per bathroom
* 1 hotel-size shampoo/conditioner per full bathroom
* 1 roll paper towel
* 1 packet dishwasher detergent
* 2 trash bags size-13-gallon
* 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
* Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
* Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
* This is an industry-standard practice.
* No salt/pepper, cooking oil or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.

Parties are not allowed in this home. This is our family home, so please respect it.

Violations are immediately reported to the local sheriff and Airbnb. Quiet hours in this gated community are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and is enforced by security.

Pets are not allowed - we only make exceptions for service animals with certification.
