Welcome to the Little White Cottage, your charming lakeside retreat in the heart of Jacksonport, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This cozy and charming haven was originally built in 1952 and was fully updated in 2022. It promises a memorable stay with its picturesque views, convenient lakefront access, and proximity to exciting local attractions.

Nestled on the shores of Lake Michigan, this cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, it's the perfect setting for a family getaway or a gathering of friends. Whether you're a morning person sipping coffee on the shore or an evening enthusiast enjoying a sunset stroll, the lakefront location provides an idyllic backdrop for your stay. Please note this cottage shares private lake access with four other cottages. There is plenty of shoreline to enjoy.

*This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Surrounding Area:
The Little White Cottage is in quaint Jacksonport, home to Maifest and January's Polar Plunge. Dinner, ice cream and live music can be enjoyed during summer at local restaurants. Jacksonport also has its own grocery store, bakery, gift shop and a weekly farmer's market, to name a few of its attractions. The town is a short drive to wineries, breweries, golf, and other outdoor recreation like kayaking and hiking. Some of our favorite restaurants are Valmy Happy Hour, Mike's Port Pub, Island Fever and Donny’s Glidden Lodge. We recommend exploring and experiencing the following Cave Point, Cana Island Lighthouse, Peninsula State Park, Washington Island Ferry and Door County Trolley Tours.
