Enjoy this modern Tennessee style cabin centrally-located in Sevierville. Conveniently located 15 min away from all Pigeon Forge restaurants and attractions as well as 20 min away from Gatlingburg. This cabin features its own wrap around deck with hot tub, seating area and BBQ, perfectly located nestled in a quiet area with plenty of forest around. Have a refreshing drink in summer or sip on a cup of tea or coffee under our gorgeous and tall Magnolia tree that welcomes you upon arrival. The inside of the cabin features a beautiful modern style kitchen packed with stainless steel appliances, a travertine farm sink with all cooking needs for a hearty family meal. We have 2 entrances to the home. One with an extra large beautiful stairway and a back door fully accessible for wheelchair entrance. (Note: the wooden chair, chest and fireplace seen in photos are no longer present on site).

This Sevierville cabin boasts 2 inviting bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a cozy retreat, with a king bed, queen bed to accommodate all guests. The cabin is equipped with all the essentials to make your stay terrific, including WiFi, heating, AC, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and an iron. After a day of exploring, unwind in a relaxing hot tub experience under the stars above. Nestled in a serene location, our cabin provides a brilliant getaway for your vacation. There is a bunk bed for 2, however the living room sofa and table seat 4.) You are welcome to bring inside the 2 comfortable rattan chairs in the porch. We are pet friendly but please do keep in mind pets are not allowed on the sofa or bed. We look forward to hosting you at our place!

We had a wonderful stay at this space. It was clean, secluded, and peaceful. The host was amazing with accommodating our late check out. I would book this space again and again.

Plumbing, toilet would not flush toilet water everywhere. The residents asked us to not flush toilet paper but the trash cans were full.The pictures look nothing like the cabin ended up leaving to stay in a hotel.

Tiffany, I am sorry your stay was not what you were expecting. We strive to make sure the listing is fully up to date with the current photos posted. Our management team assisted you as soon as you reached out for a toilet issue, however, evidence of baby wipes clogged deep inside the toilet affected it’s proper functioning. Once the garbage can is full there is extra garbage bags that can be used and disposed of in the bigger trash can by rear door. After the unclogging of the toilet was completed during your stay, you decided to seek accommodations elsewhere. Still, as a courtesy to you as our guest, we waived any fees incurred as a result of not using the trash can provided to dispose of any toilet paper or baby wipes.

Served its purpose.

The pictures make the place seem bigger. The living area and kitchen are attached and the bedrooms are separated by the pool table area which also is where the bunk beds are. There was no firepit outside like the pictures showed, but the hot tub did work (wasn’t warm enough until the second day, though). The drive up there is a very steep gravel path that has a very deep “trench” that goes up halfway the hill the cabin is on. My Honda civic nearly got stuck going up. The parking spot is only large enough for one car. It is a clean cabin however, and served the purpose our family of 4 (2 kids, 23 mo/3 yo) needed it for.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. It is NOT as advertised in the pictures. There was no extra rocking chair in the living room, the gas fire place was removed, leaving only the pipe with a cap on it in the living area. There was no coffee table that was pictured. There are cracks and indentions in the floor. There were bugs in the cabin. The ‘entertainment’ that consisted of an air hockey table had no pucks, and when converted to a pool table, it had no pool balls. We took a family of 6 and no where near enough adequate seating for our family. The road up to the cabin was very rutted out and the the gravel directly in front of the cabin, where we had to park was not packed efficiently, so it was tricky to try and not get stuck. Basically- what you see in the PICTURES is NOT what is in the actual listing. I tried to get a refund as we had to make other arrangements while staying in Pigeon Forge; but was told that due to those things not being listed as amenities, it didn’t matter that they were removed from the property. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I wish i had had the wherewithal to take pictures, but we were too busy tryin to make other arrangements for the 30 minutes we spent at the property, to take pictures of the ACTUAL state of the listing. DO NOT RENT!!!!

Chelsea, I am sorry your stay was not what you expected. The things mentioned in the cabin you state were missing are not part of any amenity mentioned in our current listing of Vrbo. A partial refund was provided to you because you stayed through your reservation nights leaving only the cabin the day before your checkout. Unfortunately, without adequate photos of the complaints mentioned we are unable to provide a full refund for your stay.

We booked this cabin for 7 days 6 nights as our son was playing a baseball tournament at Ripken. It was very clean when we walked in the first night we got there. The next day there were big black ants (big ones) all on the wall, shelf and trash can. We let that go the first day but they continued rhe next day along with mice! We had left some of our groceries out on the counter and were woken by a noise in the kitchen. My husband went out and a mouse was tearing into our food. There was poop in the sink, behind the stove and by the dishwasher. I messaged the host as I was disgusted by the mouse eating our food. He communicated very fastly and had someone out there. The people sprayed raid and put some ant traps out. For the mice they put a trap behind the oven. It did not help as the mice continued to get on the counter. We put the remaining groceries in the microwave so they were safe. The host was very apologetic but it was still a hassle. This was our first time renting through VRBO and the experiance wasnt the best. My kids did enjoy the air hockey table and the hot tub!

Stinky stay in the mountains m.

The first night we got there after a day of hiking and no water for showers. The water was hardly coming out. We also had lots of laundry to do which was the main reason we picked this place. We talked to the manager and he said everything was checked and should be working. There was a strong musty or moldy smell throughout. We bought some air fresheners. There were ants and spiders everywhere. The manager did warn us that they just sprayed for them, but as we slept we all had ants crawling on us. The next morning we got up and looked outside and there trash all over the property, cleaning gloves were dropped on the driveway. Everything was overgrown and not maintained. We attempted to do laundry and take showers but not enough water coming out to do so.The second night we arrived at the property and no power. There were no flashlights or candles to light are way. We called the manager and he called the power company. The water wouldn’t come out at all do to it being well water and needed electricity to pump the water. We went to bed with no showers and again with the ants crawling on us. The electricity came back on a little after midnight. We got up the next morning and decided we were not going to stay for the 3rd night. There were no pool balls for the pool table. The driveway was needed to be graded. Glad to be back home.
