Welcome to The Cottage on Corley. This charming Lowcountry cottage offers both a desirable Moreland Village location and luxurious updated interiors. With an open floor plan, lots of light and an abundance of seating for family and friends in the beautifully appointed open living area, this home makes the ideal spot for a memorable stay in Palmetto Bluff. From the expansive living space, a well-appointed kitchen featuring 9-foot island with seating for four, plus nearby dining room with a built-in banquet that seats six, this is a home designed for entertaining. The rear entry offers direct access to the spacious screened porch with outdoor dining, fenced yard featuring a fire pit with Adirondack chairs to enjoy s'mores under the stars, and direct access to the bike path that leads to Wilson Village.

On the second floor, you'll find a serene primary bedroom with KING BED and ensuite bathroom, as well as a guest bedroom with QUEEN BED which shares a Jack 'n Jill bathroom with the adjacent Bunk Room. The Bunk Room offers 4 TWIN BEDS, making this the perfect layout for families.

This home is conveniently located just a quick walk or bike ride from Moreland Landing, overlooking the May River. The Cottage on Corley enjoys a great location in Moreland Village and is located just 4 miles from Wilson Village where you can enjoy shopping, and dining. You can bike the extensive trail system at Palmetto Bluff to popular amenities around the resort. Inquire with our team about the availability of bikes and a golf cart during your stay.

The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.

Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children's pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).
• Two state-of-the-art fitness centers: The Canoe Club Fitness Center and the Moreland Fitness Center

With registration we can request tee time, court times, and dining reservations which includes:
• Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club - Tennis, bocce, basketball, and croquet
• Reservation requests for Canoe Club Dining and Cole's Dining.
• May River Golf Course (30 days in advance of play) and the new Crossroads 9 hole course (15 days in advance of play)

For an Additional fee, you (as our guest in Palmetto Bluff) also have access to:
• Customized Concierge Services that includes personalized pre-trip planning tailored to your specific vacation needs.
• Concierge packages including Grilling Kits, S'mores Kits, Kid's Fishing, and specialty Holiday packages.
• Pre-arrival grocery service so that the kitchen is stocked when you arrive
• Mid-Stay housekeeping
