Popular West Wilson Retreat - 2 Masters on the first floor

Guests have access to Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability.
***Black out dates for Pool/Fitness Center/Canoe Club Restaurant and Cole's Restaurant Access are as follows: Memorial Day Weekend and the Week of Fourth of July. These blackout dates are strictly determined by the Palmetto Bluff Club.

Professionally designed, this light and airy home encompass the beauty of Palmetto Bluff by allowing the outdoor environment to become part of the indoors. With a push on the folding glass doors, the great room opens up and includes the screened-in porch area to enlarge the entertaining space. There are two master bedrooms complete with their own spacious and private bathrooms on the first floor. They have been designed for maximum privacy with the bedrooms located on opposite sides of the home. This is not the case with the homes located in the Village. Upstairs is a loft bedroom that currently has a queen bed and its own private bathroom. The kitchen is large and fully stocked and can accommodate a professional catering staff is requested. The home is walking distance to the MONTAGE Hotel and Chapels and is perfect to host baby showers, bridal luncheons, and family gatherings.

Beautiful House in Great Location!

3 couples stayed in house to attend wedding. Well appointed and spacious with a great kitchen, living and dining areas. Great location as we were able to walk to pool, tennis, restaurants, wedding and golf within 5 to 10 minutes. Would definitely stay there again!

Open concept including screened porch was excellent!

We stayed three nights in the house for my brother's wedding at the Chapel at Palmetto Bluff. Very well suited for three couples to stay. Open concept and screened porch was great for entertaining visitors. Arlene was great to work with and went above and beyond and took some great photos at my brother's wedding. We would definitely recommend for future stays!

Amazing Home and Experience

Our family of 5, recently spent 4 nights at this beautiful home. The house itself was absolutely perfect, with a wonderful layout for our family. We really enjoyed the ability to open up the oversized sliding doors to make the porch and living area one large space. Arlene Flick was also amazing as she helped us not only plan the trip but stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. I would highly recommend booking this home with Arlene as we will be doing it again.

Excellent property, centrally located in Palmetto Bluff Resort, wonderful service

House is wonderfully set up for 2 families and is centrally located to tennis facilities, golf course, RT's market and the Village. Canoe Club and Wilson Landing are a short bike ride away as is the Montage resort. We had a wonderful experience with the property manager Arlene. She provided us with valuable information and excellent service. House is very clean, beautifully decorated and has a very well stocked kitchen. We definitely plan on visiting again and using this house !

Fantastic location and overall great property

Great rental. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Patio was super comfortable and huge plus. Only compliant is that it may be time to update the bedding (mattresses were great) to be a little more comfortable. A few items that needed maintenance that the property managers were going to address. We would definitely rent again as we are members and haven’t built yet.

Loved our stay!

This house is wonderful and convenient to everything in Palmetto Bluff. We love the proximity to the golf course and you could hear the sounds of the busy pickleball courts nearby. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The check-in manager was well organized and contacted us at just the right moment and we also communicated a lot with the concierge. We are new members of Palmetto Bluff, which did allow us to engage in all the activities – it’s a little trickier as just a renter, but the concierge is there to help out. We are very pleased with the decor of the house and the wonderful screen porch where we spent a lot of afternoon time.

Easter weekend 2019

Our family has gone to Palmetto Bluff over Easter weekend for the last 5 years. This was our first year in the house we rented, 19 Blue Willow, and it was absolutely perfect! Arlene was there to greet us and give us guidance on the particulars of the house.... and she was also very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Our location allowed for easy access to everything we enjoy in Palmetto Bluff. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. Thank you!

Wonderful family home!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Palmetto Bluff. The house was spacious and completely equipped for our vacation. It was the perfect home for our 2 teenagers and dog for the Easter holiday weekend. Despite some bad weather, we still found plenty to do and canceled our dinner reservations one night to enjoy cooking at home instead. Arlene was very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. Her recommendations for dinning and activities were a must. Per her suggestion, we rented a boat to take our kids tubing and it was definitely the highlight of the trip for them. If you are looking for a beautiful place to enjoy all Palmetto Bluff has to offer this home is a must. We will definitely be back. Thanks Arlene!
