We were very pleased with this unit. Everything was comfortable, it was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The property is excellent—well maintained and quiet. We’ve been staying there for the past several years and it is now the only place we go to.

Great spot

We stayed at The Commodore a few years ago and enjoyed the property. That end of the beach is pretty quiet and the walk to the state park is nice. A number of great food options within walking distance. Will definitely be back

This was a wonderful spring break getaway. The condo was a good size for myself, husband and our 6 year old. There were some minor issues with a few things; Paula took care of them within hours of us communicating that to her. The view from the 13th floor is unmatched. The dolphins gave us a show for our last day as well! This area is great for families and not wanting to deal with the party scene part of PCB. There were a few restaurants walking distance, but for the most part, you have to drive to get to the majority of eating places. The pool is warm and perfect. The beach is gorgeous! The two beach chairs that come with the condo were comfy and ready before 8am - thanks to the awesome chair guy, Jordan! We will definitely be back! We didn’t even get to the park that is very close by - that’s on our list for next time! Book it - you won’t regret it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a lovely place, a little dated in the bathrooms and they were small compared to what we were used to but not bad or nasty. Just dated. The balcony was fantastic and the beach was gorgeous. We had friends staying at the campgrounds across the street and that’s why we chose this location. It met our needs and gave us all a place to come hang out for a while, since it was during winter and the nights got a little cold. Overall, it’s definitely a place we would return to.

Best location, great view

We have stayed at The Commodore many times; we love the quieter end of the beach. This condo is on the top floor, so the view is awesome. We were pleased with the furniture and decor, the kitchen was stocked well, there were a few games and movies, and plenty of pillows and blankets. I would definitely recommend this unit and plan to stay here again.

But there were a few cleaning mishaps that I actually took care of myself but I love the location and the view of the ocean was amazing my friend fell asleep on the balcony it was so peaceful. Overall a Nice Unit

We’ve stayed at The Commodore many times, so we love the location and grounds. This unit was listed with free beach chairs, but beach chair rentals were available in November. Out $120 for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Had trouble getting hot water to the 2nd bathroom and kitchen sink. We reported it, but it never was fixed during our stay. Overall, it was a nice unit that had some unexpected issues. We did enjoy PCB!
