This unit has just been completely remodeled with exceptional attention to detail, it will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests! The condo has 2 flat panel smart televisions for the ultimate in entertainment enjoyment with a new 70” LED TV including a sound bar in the living room. The kitchen has all new major appliances including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, range and microwave. It is also equipped with granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster and everything needed to prepare a meal for a relaxing night in. The dining area has seating for four and a raised bar area with additional seating. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with washer/dryer. The main area of the condo has a huge sliding glass door that opens to a private screened in porch, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene lake and golf course views. Our property looks out over the 17th green and the 18th tee box of the Maples golf course with a lake directly beside the unit and several more beyond. Watching the wildlife and sunsets from this unit is just amazing. Maples is one of 3, 18-hole Championship courses in the Sea Trail development. Our property is near the South Gate which means you are just over the bridge from the beach and can have your toes in the sand in just a few minutes. We are also walking/biking distance to the beautiful Sunset Park on the intracoastal waterway with its gorgeous walking trails, fishing docks and views of the water. You can also put in kayaks and paddle boards at the park. Just across from the park is the Sunset Beach boat launch and some great restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops and ice cream. You’re only minutes away from multiple area golf courses and Calabash which has some of the best dining experiences in this coastal region. This condo literally offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience.
