Beautiful Condo on the island of Sunset beach steps from the beach.

Welcome to Sunset Beach N.C. We hope you enjoy your stay. The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath ( 1 king bed and 1 queen bed ) linens provided 4 person occupancy. The condo is updated including new LVF flooring throughout, new furnishings, and a new electric fireplace to mention a few. A well equipt kitchen including air-fryer nutribullet, crock pot and much more. Lots of local art works to enjoy that are just beautiful. There is a nice private balcony and a outside shower after a day at the beach (Labeled A). No parking worries for beach or pier you're only steps away. There are 2 parking spaces (Labeled A). We hope you enjoy your stay and love our home as much as we do. No golf carts allowed. No Saturday check ins. No pets of any kind allowed.

Much needed escape

Cozy, comfortable, quiet condo in a great location. Well furnished with great cookware. This was a wonderful experience and we look forward to staying here again!

Spring Break stay

This place was absolutely perfect for our spring break trip! The condo is exactly as described, up to date and inviting. Location was great and the beach was just a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great as Always at Sunset Beach!

This is our third time staying at this beautiful condo! It is clean and has great amenities. David is a wonderful host and always responds quickly if questions arise. We surely enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to our favorite Sunset Beach!!

Quaint, Quiet and Relaxing

This property was well maintained. The accommodations were clean. It was very quiet and had a relaxing feel to it. This property was just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shopping. I will return again in the future.

Great place to stay in Sunset Beach

Easy walk to the beach, pier, and local shops. Artfully decorated inside with nice touches throughout. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the beach. Don't forget to stroll down to the Kindred Spirit mailbox. You'll love staying here.

Perfect Condo

The condo is perfect. Open floor plan well decorated and fully stocked for any of your kitchen needs. Beds slept well and distance to the beach was a pleasant walk. Screened porch was a nice retreat in the late evening. Outdoor shower was great for a quick rinse. The beach chairs were a nice bonus. 5-star all around.

Beach trip

Great condo clean, beautifully decorated. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed when we wanted to prepare a meal. Location great. Just a short walk to the beach. Host was always available if we needed anything. Appreciate that we were able to have an earlier checkin. My husband and I will definitely be returning.

Sunset Beach Never Disappoints!

This condo was beautiful, clean and well appointed! Only the unit above was a little bothersome as you could hear every time they walked about their unit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and David was a great host!

The stay was fine. Lovely art work and accessories! Alarm clocks and a couple extra hand towels would have been nice. Kitchen supplies were very adequate. Had asked about coffee maker before arrival so knew to bring K cups!

Absolutely fabulous condo!

We have vacationed at SB for many years always staying at a friends home. They recently sold. So happy I found this gem on VRBO. This condo is super clean and has the most up to date decor and amenities. David was amazing with all communications to get into the property. Had a great time! Hope to stay again next year!

Annual Mother-Daughter Beach Trip

This is the second year we have stayed at this condo! It meets all our needs and is perfect for me and my daughter. It is clean and nicely decorated. Has a good supply of kitchen items. Great washer and dryer. Easy, short walk to the beach. David is a great communicator and gets back to you quickly. Can't wait until next year!!

Great Week

The condo is extremely clean and in walking distance to the beach, ice cream shop, and other shops on the island. We loved the screened porch and open concept. Owner was fast with replying to questions. Only complaint would be large delivery trucks used the road and would drive pretty fast. Just watch your little ones closely when playing outside. Overall great condo and a relaxing week at the beach!

The condo was as advertised. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. I contacted the host twice for minor instructions, and he could not have been more helpful and gracious. Finding his contact number on our emails was a little tricky.

Second time back here! We love it.

This is an incredible beach getaway. Sunset Beach has been a destination for our family for 15+ years...which means the family has grown! We can no longer fit in one house. Now, my grandparents and myself (oldest grandchild) stay elsewhere. This was our second year in this beautiful condo. It is clean, quiet, and very central to everything on the island. It is nicer than any of the 5 other places we have stayed on the island. You won't be disapointed.
