Pet Policy
1012 Point of Rocks is Pet friendly for dogs up to 60lbs. Guests are allowed up to a maximum of 2 dogs. There is an additional pet fee of $35/night/pet.

What's provided for your stay: Have fun at the beach with chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys and more, pre-stocked into the villa prior to your arrival. Each residence has their own Property Liaison to ensure any problems or concerns will be resolved in an effective and timely manner.
