Very limited public beach front, so using public or private transportation to the large public beach is necessary.

Perfect spot to access the beach! Only a three minute walk. The property also included beach chairs and beach umbrellas. We enjoyed the pool and the full amenities of the property. A short walk to a few bars/restaurants. Can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful day at the 1010A point of View. The accommodations were exactly as pictured and beautiful decorations. Great beach location. Wonderful outdoor patio and pool area! Highly recommend!

What an oasis! A perfect spot if you want to be near the beach, and also private. It has a pool basically just for us and also just steps from the beach. The place was immaculate. Bed was super comfortable. There were no issues! It definite five star.

WONDERFUL place for our vacation! Short walk to the beach, beautiful private pool and patio. It had everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome! Comfortable bed. Covered parking. Secure doors. Nice part of the beach that wasn't as busy as the north end of Siesta Key. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our stay here was wonderful! You are truly 1 driveway away from the beach entrance. The condo was exactly as advertised if not even larger than it seemed in photographs. Perfect for 1 couple, or a small family. Check in was smooth and streamlined. Only downside was that you are truly a drive from the downtown area so definitely rent bikes ahead of time or plan on driving!

We were truly excited for our stay in Siesta Key. When we opened the door to our apartment, we were pleasantly surprised as it looked exactly like it does in the pictures on the Internet. The vibe was very beachy and comfortable. We loved the pool in the backyard and we were so excited to chill out after being on the beach all day. The beach is a short walk from the house. Lots of places to get some really fantastic food either by walking or a short drive. The pool was not chilled, and it does need a little bit of updating. Plenty of comfortable lounge chairs to sit on in the backyard and plenty of inflatables to lay in the pool. The only small issue we encountered was the air conditioner in the upstairs apartment broke down and repair techs were on site all day during our stay. When we returned from the beach we wanted to go in the pool, but it was so loud from the banging and drilling that we couldn't do it. They were there until after 9 PM that night, drilling and banging right outside our bedroom window so it was difficult for us to fall asleep. Having said that, the owner apologized and responded very professionally and kind by compensating us for the inconvenience. We would highly recommend this location if you are looking to relax and enjoy the beach and beautiful sunsets offered on the west coast of Florida.
