Dear Muriel! Thank you for your feedback. We always appreciate guests taking the time to share their experience. I would like to clarify a few points for future guests. • The bathroom includes a separate urinal, which many guests (especially male guests) actually appreciate. • Extra trash bags are always stocked in the kitchen cabinets. The guest saw me on the property several times and never asked - had she done so, I would have gladly shown her where everything was. • Water pressure is normal; the shower has a multi-setting control that simply needs to be adjusted. • The TV is fully adjustable and can be rotated, and the room is designed primarily for viewing from the comfortable chairs provided. A TV cannot realistically be positioned to be visible from every angle of a room. • The bed is standard height, not higher than typical hotel or residential beds. • Six towels of various sizes were provided, and several were left unused after checkout. • The washer/dryer works properly and was checked again after departure with no issues found. • Regarding visitors: this is a private residential property, and for safety and insurance reasons visitors must be approved in advance. We regularly allow visitors when guests ask. • Parking is ample and clearly designated; many guests specifically value the amount of available parking space.
