Entering the home you are immediately greeted with lots of natural lighting, and an open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The living room has 2 sets of glass doors leading to the pool area and the other to the bar/lounge area.

Kitchen/Dining:
The kitchen is large and fully equipped with all stainless steel Samsung appliances. The dining table accommodates 12 guests and there is a breakfast bar with an additional 4 seats. The stove has a four burner gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side fridge/freezer with an icemaker, ninja blender, Keurig drip and single K cup machine, toaster, tea pot, pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, glassware and silverware.

Living Room:
Large open and bright living room. There are lots of seating with 3 comfortable couches. The TV is a 75 inches smart TV with cable. Bring your own Netflix and Hulu passwords. There are French doors leading out to the pool area. There is also a single glass door that leads out to the backyard with the bar is located.

Outdoor Space:
The yard it is very private with high walls. The inground pool is 4.5 feet deep and keeps warm as it is the sun most of the day. There is also a sun bathing lounge area in the pool perfect to catch some rays or for little ones to splash around. There is a jetted hot tub (temperature is not 104 degrees like the states. It is kept a little warmer then the pool). There are lounge chairs around the pool.

There is an outdoor lounging area with comfortable sectional couch and bar. The bar is covered with a TV and 5 barstools.

There is a freestanding laundry room with 2 washer and dryers.

8 bedrooms, sleeps 16. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level. On the second floor there are 5 Bedrooms and a separate detached bedroom overlooking the pool. All bedrooms have a king bed and bedroom #8 that is detached also has a crib.

No special attention has been made to childproofing. There is a crib located in the detached bedroom. A high chair is located in the dining room.
