The villa and grounds are secluded in an area just next to the Marriott and Ritz Carlton hotels and overlooking the protected wildlife salina next to the sea. The property’s bespoke dining and lounging spaces are dotted across the outdoor space, surrounding the pool and covered palapa bar.

The seven spacious, air-conditioned double bedrooms each come with new private ensuite bathrooms all with hot Hansgrohe rainfall showers.

A large terrace with sun loungers and a comfortable seating area surrounds the swimming pool which has steps into it.

There is a large covered palapa bar, BBQ and grill area with comfortable seating, great for outdoor cooking and socialising.

The entire space is yours, there are no shared amenities and you can enjoy your stay in complete privacy.

Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cool box are provided for you to take to the beach - please note that we do not provide snorkeling equipment and umbrellas.

[Noise] Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.

[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.

[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them

[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
