Ann’s Retreat

This cozy home is located on the Eastern side of Bella Vista AR. Just minutes away from Bentonville, AR. Outdoorsman or woman paradise, equipped with mountain bikers needs such as air compressor and socket set upon request.Enjoy your morning coffee in the comfort of your sunroom, perfect for bird watching and the occasional deer crossing. Whether it's mountain biking, fishing, golf, shopping, swimming dining, shows or simply relaxing, our retreat is your home away from home.
The space
Sleeps up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, with morning coffee provided. A living area, sunroom, and a backyard with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows or playing catch. Outdoor seating around the fire pit and inside the gazebo.
Guest access
Guests can access Ann's Retreat with key lockbox entry, your code will be sent to you the day you arrive.
Guests can park in the garage, driveway, or the side of the street.
Other things to note
Wifi is provided, we have a smart TV with any apps you desire.

We are minutes from the main highway and restaurants such as Gusano's Pizza, JJ's Grill, El Pueblito, Bella Vista Bar and Grill, and the Gear Garden at Blowing Springs. A short 15-minute trip to Bentonville offers all that the Square has to offer.

Bella Vista village in addition to endless miles of mountain bike trails also has golfing, mini golf, disc golf, tennis, swimming, lakes, pickleball, basketball, several parks and more.

For those wanting to enjoy all that Bella Vista has to offer, you must provide us with the names of all your guests so that we can obtain guest passes for you in advance of your stay. We will email the passes to you before you arrive. There’s a small fee to access the pool and beach.

As seen in one of the photos you can ride from the house to the back 40 trail with in a couple minutes. The back 40 trail loop is 20 miles, but this loop can tie you in to any trails in Bella vista and Bentonville you desire.
