Surf Side Shores #1206 is an west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 2nd floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1100 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths. The gulf-side master has a new customer tiled walk-in shower. The street-side master has a tub/shower combo and the 3rd bedroom has a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with the stand-up shower. The gulf-side master has a King bed, street-side master has a King and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. King, King, Queen and Sofa bed. Sleeps 8.

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended season pool, and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Beautiful property

This property is beautiful and the proximity to the stairs from parking was amazing. It was also very close to the water and the boardwalk to get to the beach was not a long walk at all.

Beach fun!

The property was clean, the back bedroom was very warm even though thermostat was set on 67 degrees, we never actually communicated with the owner even though I messaged them and was an hour late getting into the condo because it wasn’t clean yet.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Horrible. We booked a 10 person condo at Ocean House, after paying, it was not available, moved to 8 person at SS 1206. First night, the bed in first bedroom broke, now down to 6 places to sleep. Tub in first bedroom did not work. Shower in master bathroom drained so slowly it overflowed with each use. Will not stay at Surf Side again, will not rent from Gulf Shores Rentals again.

Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize that this guest was disappointed with their stay. If any issues arise with a condo, we are always ready to send housekeeping or maintenance to resolve them. Unfortunately, the maintenance work needed on the first unit was beyond our control, which required moving the guest to another unit. Additionally, we did send maintenance to fix the bed, though the guest did not mention this. We were not informed about the bathtub or shower concerns, so we were unable to address those. Any suggestions for updates will be passed along to the appropriate party. At Gulf Shores Rentals, we are constantly working to improve our properties to ensure an enjoyable stay for our guests.
