Situé sur la piste cyclable et la ligne de bus, cette maison offre la commodité et l'emplacement de mi-île que tout le monde désire. Notre maison est équipée d'une douche extérieure, chaises de plage, et 2 vélos adultes. Cet endroit de la communauté Beach Plum offre une piscine communautaire, terrain de pétanque, structure de jeu pour les tout-petits, des grils en plein air et un court de tennis. Amenez-vous et profitez de tout ce que Nantucket a à offrir.

Wedding Weekend Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Its location is perfect, conveniently situated between the airport and downtown. Even though we encountered rainy weather during our wedding weekend, the check-in process was seamless, and communication with the hosts was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Hidden mid-island gem!

We loved our stay here! This house was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and had an unbelievable location (close to Surfside, town, grocery store). We will definitely return!

Girls weekend!

We had a great time and the house was perfect! Beautiful, clean and in a great location to bike or take the bus everywhere. The host always got back to us quickly and always sweet. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home and location

Danielle's home is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean and in a great location. We had everything we needed for an amazing getaway. She was very quick to respond to any questions and always super friendly. We had a great experience!

Beautiful home, great location

The house was great. Upstairs bedrooms were nice. Bathrooms in each room were great. Comfy beds. The master bedroom was beautiful and nicely decorated. En suite bathroom was large and well laid out. The kitchen was awesome. Very nice appliances and every every gadget we needed. The pool was very nice as well and literally across the lane. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to the shuttle stop (5 minute walk). Our daughters enjoyed riding the bikes into town. The host was very responsive. A couple of minor things came up and she handled them quickly. This is a special property and it made our short stay on Nantucket very memorable!

Great, family friendly location.

This rental was absolutely gorgeous - house was beautifully decorated with all essentials plus extras (lots of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys for kids, lawn games). Outdoor space has a functional grill and outdoor table with 6 seats. The house itself is located within a community that has a small kids playground and an outdoor pool right outside which makes it very convenient for families staying there. Host was very responsive to requests and questions and overall extremely accommodating. Note for those staying with >1 car, driveway only fits one car so plan ahead with other parking arrangements if bringing more vehicles (this is stated in listing details but may be overlooked if not careful)

Nice Place - not such great owner

all other reviews about the home are correct, problem is if something goes wrong as it did with us, landlord is not on the island and is not willing to pay for a property manager / caretaker so when the AC stopped working in 2 off 3 bedrooms they could not get anyone to fix it for 2.5 days of our week vacation. I would not rent this home until the landlord gets a property manager or caretaker to deal with the unexpected. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the landlord and how they addressed this mattter - find another house

Nantucket Heaven!

We absolutely loved Nantucket and this house was perfect! The house was so well appointed and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located to everything and in such a cute neighborhood. Our kids were able to play in the cul de sac with other kids everyday. I highly recommend Nantucket and this home!

Amazing location!

This was the perfect house for our needs. Close to the beach and town, but also quiet enough to feel like we were away from the downtown "scene". The pool and tennis courts were awesome to keep our 11 year-old occupied.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Beach Plum. The home was clean, new and centrally located. Our children loved the community pool, bikes and beach toys. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Awesome house!

This was a great experience— clean, beautiful, and spacious! Decent location, 10ish min drive to town. The photos don’t do this home justice. We especially loved the ample beach chairs and great deck for al fresco happy hours. Would definitely return!

Amazing Stay!

We loved our stay at this property in Nantucket. The house is beautiful, very well appointed, and centrally located. This was our fifth visit to the island and was our favorite location thus far. The property owner was very responsive. Since we stayed during the week before MDW, the community pool was not yet opened, but the community itself is lovely. We enjoyed ourselves fully and would absolutely return to this area and this property in the future.

Gorgeous home in great neighborhood

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The home is gorgeous, impeccably clean and in such a convenient location. We had our 1 year old with us and the easy access to the toddler play structure made our entire weekend. We are already talking about renting again next year!

Awesome Stay

We loved our stay in this well-appointed home. Great location, fabulous kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, nice indoor and outdoor dining. We did a lot of biking and it was within 2 miles of most everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood off season. Highly recommend! Hope to be back next year!

Beautiful Nantucket home with all the amenities!

This home is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen is well appointed with a Sub Zero fridge, Wolf stove and marble countertops. The decor is lovely and the location is amazing! We biked everywhere- to town, the beach, the grocery store and much more. The pool and tennis courts are a huge bonus! This is a 5 star property and we highly recommend this home for your Nantucket getaway!
