The Space:

The cozy and well-appointed bedrooms will rejuvenate you with 2 double master bedrooms with King size beds, as third bedroom with king size accommodations and a 4th bedroom for 2 double beds that the kids will enjoy. All bedrooms have custom fireplaces. Cliffrose Lodge is located within the private gated neighborhood of Torreon and is situated off of the Cabin Course's 14th hole. The house is a spacious 3,500 square feet with four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, full laundry room, 2 Family Rooms and one "Speak Easy" hidden room to escape for hidden comfort.

Recreation & Community Offerings

You will be located close to all your favorite outdoor activities. There are many lakes and trails throughout the area that you can hike, mountain bike, horseback ride, drive ATVs as well rent boats, kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Sunrise ski resort is less than an hour away and is open year round. You can enjoy snowboarding, skiing, and tubing in the winter and hiking, scenic lift rides and ziplining in the summer.

- Cleanliness is our priority for our guests so we request that shoes are removed up entering the home and there is a show rack outside and downstairs second family room.

- Entering house requires walking up stairs to main front door

- For your safety, there are cameras located on the driveway, front porch, side of each house, garage and back deck

- Any violation of the above will ensue damages due and/or immediate eviction

- Identification and signed rental agreement required
