The space

This 3,600 sq. ft. luxury vacation rental is set at an elevation of 6,500 ft, featuring six bedrooms and a loft, three baths, and a gourmet kitchen, making it perfect for large groups or families. The house sleeps up to 18 people, with plenty of space to spread out. The property boasts two jet tubs for ultimate relaxation, 2 fire tables for cozy evenings outdoors, a spacious deck to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, children's playhouse and play area, Ninja course, and RV parking.
The 2.5 acre lot is perfect for kids and allows for wandering and adventure!

Inside, you'll find a spacious living room, six TVs for entertainment, Wi-Fi for staying connected, and air conditioning for added comfort. Enjoy your streaming channels on the TVs, or head out to the large deck to soak up the sun and take in the views.

The entire house is available to guests, with the exception of the garage and locked storage cabinets and closet.

Other things to note:

Due to snow and icy conditions, we recommend guests bring 4WD vehicles in the winter.

Due to the steep slopes, children should be accompanied at all times while outside.

Wildlife seen on our property or in the area include bears, elk, raccoons, mountain lions, skunks, and javelinas. Please take care, especially with dogs at the property.
