Farm Fresh grocery staples are available a 4 block walk to Bedner’s Farmer’s Market – try one of their amazing breakfast smoothies! The Flamingo Park Market is developing into a design showroom destination, and cultural phenomenon’s like the Norton Museum of Art are steps away. Your restorative getaway awaits in West Palm Beach at this lovely home spacious enough for up to six guests. Trois Rois offers three king bedrooms and two full baths. With 3 king bedrooms, this property is perfect for a group of friends or a family looking for a nice retreat. This pool home provides dreamy outdoor spaces complete with Chickee Hut and Smart TV with dual seat heights for those important games, putting green, gas grill and most importantly the crystal clear saltwater pool. Another dream outdoor space is the front porch with swinging love seat and modern Adirondack chairs for viewing vibrant sunsets. You’ll find all the essentials you need including AC, full sized washer/dryer, and all the kitchen essentials. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers. We offer both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. You will love Three Kings!

Outside:

Your vacation begins the moment you step foot on the property. Tropical landscaping greets you at “TROIS ROIS”. The generous covered front porch with swing and Adirondak chairs is perfect for enjoying vibrant sunsets. The backyard is in a class by itself, a literal oasis, complete with custom designed free form salt water pool & spa, putting green, bbq grill, and a Native Seminole Chickee Hut with dual height seating and Smart Outdoor TV. Watch the game poolside!

The hero of this property is the luxurious saltwater waterfall pool and spa with sundeck. Start your day with yoga poolside, soak up the Florida sunshine on one of the chaise lounges or float on Francis the Flamingo. When you’re ready to take a break from sun, escape under the breezy Chickee Hut hand crafted by local Seminole Native Americans. You read that right! Chickee! What is the difference, you ask?

Tiki Hut vs Chickee: What's the Difference? They do have the same cypress log frame, open sides, and the palm thatched roof. Yet, these two terms don't mean the same. The main difference is that a chickee hut has a raised, platform wooden floor, and the tiki hut doesn't.

Start your evening with cocktails (In plastic please) by the pool while the kids entertain themselves on the putting green. Complete your day by preparing an alfresco dinner on the gas grill poolside, with an after dinner swim (an hour after eating of course! ) .





Inside:

This property is brand new to the vacation space, and with that, is completely outfitted with all new EVERYTHING. The Furniture, Beds, linens, etc are all brand new.

Living Room:

Equipped with a Smart Frame TV and Plenty of seating, it is the heart of the home that will make you want to curl up at the end of the day and stream away!

Kitchen:

All New Kitchen cabinets, quartz counters and new appliances, oven yet to be used!

I created two work from home areas in the kitchen complete with multi plug outlets to keep all your devices charged and ready to go.

Bedrooms:

King Beds in every room – Hence 3 Kings! Complete with the softest breathable cooling Bamboo sheets, and hybrid cooling mattresses.

The primary bedroom aka Caspar, has a king bed with a recently renovated en-suite private bath, blackout drapery, as well as bedside USB / outlet chargers stations.

Guest rooms, Melchior and Balthazar, also have king beds, blackout drapery, USB / outlet charger stations at each nightstand, these two rooms also feature multi-light vanity stations for make-up and hair styling. These rooms share a full hall bath conveniently in between the two bedrooms.

Guest access:

This entire property is for your exclusive use during your stay.

Other things to note

“TROIS ROIS” is located in a historical neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors and friends.
Parties are not allowed.
NO Loud Noise, Music or TV volume on the pool deck after 10:00 p.m. including weekends.
There is a decibel monitor to ensure our neighbors are not disturbed.
Pool is open from 9 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Filter and lights will be off after 10:00 p.m. to 9 a.m.
Do not attempt to adjust any timers, pool valves or breakers. The damage caused will be at your expense.
Use the pool quietly for a dip if you are out late and be considerate of our neighbors by talking softly.
Please, No GLASS in the pool, use the plastic wine glasses and tumblers provided in your kitchen.

Swimming Pool Rules:
-Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
-Children must be supervised at all times. We encourage red or orange swimsuits, avoid blue swimsuits.
-No one should swim alone. This includes grown-ups!
-Designate an adult to be responsible for watching children in pool
-No food, drinks or glass inside the pool
-No running, pushing or dangerous horseplay around the pool
-Please be advised there is a $50/day charge for pool heating. Pool heating is typically used during the months of October-April. If you would like to opt for this service please let us know at least 3 days prior to your check in date.

Also note:
- We have a pool technician come 1x/week to clean the pool/check chemicals
- We have yard maintenance on Mondays
- Garbage collection service comes 2x/week on Monday and Thursday
*They will not interrupt your stay but will be present on the grounds for 30 mins during the week to take care of maintenance*

- Agree to House rules - It is assumed by confirming a reservation that the house rules have been read and acknowledged.
