I have been staying at properties for over 20 years and I can comfortably say that Mary is the best host we have ever encountered. This is a level of support and service in renting a property that an elite hotel concierge cannot provide. It was shockingly impressive. The property itself was fantastic, particularly the tropical retreat this couple created in their backyard. It is spectacular and seems out of place in this area. You forget where you’re at most of the time. We stayed with a family of 5 and my teenage boys stayed in the converted lounge and loved it, freeing up my preteen daughter to have the spare bedroom, and my wife and I in the master. The outdoor shower was out of this world and I highly recommend it. If you’re looking for a great and unique place to stay that makes you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise, try this property. Truly special place.

Backyard Oasis

Private perfection

A perfect retreat. Close to everything, easy airport and highway access. House spotlessly clean, all amenities wonderful, Very private. We spent most time out on the covered living area. Outdoor shower was a huge hit. All furniture is very comfy.Pride of ownership and enjoying making guest trip excellent is evident. All prior reviews are true!!! I hate to hit submit for this because selfishly I want it available for us again!!! Will be back!!!

Absolute Private Paradise!

This was the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! Everything was set up for ease and enjoyment. The house is well stocked with everything you need from toiletries, to towels, to laundry detergent
 you name it. The decor is as pictured and even more beautiful in person. And the yard
 wow! It was truly a private oasis. The pool, outdoor seating and the outdoor shower were incredible. Everything was so clean and the owners were so communicative and made check in and check out a breeze. They left thoughtful little treats and made sure to help us feel at home. Whenever we are in West Palm going forward this is definitely our spot! 10 out of 10! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Amazing Tropical Retreat

It was a beautiful experience and perfect for our family. My son and nephew enjoyed the TV lounge area a lot, very cozy. Everything was perfectly organized, clean and stocked with everything we could need. The backyard is so beautiful and relaxing, the pool was perfect. The location also was a plus, great neighborhood and very close to everything. Truly a wonderful retreat, the only thing we regret is not booking for a longer period! We highly recommend and thank Mary for being an amazing host. I give 7 out of 5 ⭐ stars!

Hidden Oasis

My family of 4 stayed here for 7 days and didn’t want to leave. In fact, we have already booked another week next year! Inside, the property has stunning decor and was very comfortable/cozy for our family. The beds were extremely comfortable and it is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to the beach and downtown. Mary makes sure you have everything you need. The highlights for us were: toiletries, fully equipped kitchen, laundry supplies, beach chairs/umbrella/cooler/towels, Google Chromecast, family board games, paper towels/toilet paper, bug spray
 No detail is overlooked. Outside is the real deal - the pictures don’t even do the backyard justice. We hardly left the house for the first few days because our family was busy enjoying the gorgeous pool, hot tub, lounge chairs in the sun, comfy day bed in a screened in area and the luxurious covered outdoor living room. Mary is an attentive and professional host - she really ensures that you enjoy your stay. I can’t say enough about Coco Bungalow, obviously - see for yourself. You won’t be sorry!

Stayed in an amazing Bungalow for Tony Robbins Event

If I could give Mary & Arnfield 6 Stars🌟 I would. They were very helpful before with communication, during with daily cleaning service, and after our stay as we left a few items behind. The house was on the historic register and the architecture and neighborhood were fantastic. The house was stocked with all the items we needed and then some extra water, coffee, etc. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks again Mary!

My wife and I stayed at this property for our 20th-year anniversary. The home was a perfect size and fit our needs so well. The backyard area is unlike any place where we've ever stayed. Home away from home. (If your home was somewhere amazing and topical!)

My husband and I wanted to go somewhere out of the county and tropical to celebrate his retirement and our anniversary. With covid we were unable to do that. So, I searched through hundreds of vacation homes trying to find something that would feel like we had “gone away” while still being stateside. This home did not disappoint! The pictures are very accurate. “Cocoa Bungalow” is the perfect name for it. It’s not huge. But, there was more than enough room for the two of us. We could’ve easily and comfortably brought our 3 children. All the space is used very well! The decor was chic and fun. Different than most beach themed places. The dark Moroccan furniture gave it a romantic and exotic feel. The house itself was spotless! It is off a fairly busy street. But, only occasionally (when outside) could you hear a neighbor child or a siren from a passing emergency vehicle. For the most part it felt secluded and as if you were somewhere tropical and not in the middle of a busy city. The breeze rustling the palm trees typically hid any outside noise. The one day that we had a few on/off sprinkles we were able to relax on the 4-poster day bed that was under the covered cabana and listen to the rain. Being that we were off the main road- we did find a cute little bakery called “wrap and pour” within walking distance. Diana, the owner is fabulous! Check it out for some fresh muffins, pastry’s and desserts. There was also a publix grocery store very near the house (driving) for additional food. Mary, checked in on us in the days leading up to our reservation. And was quick to answer whenever we had a question. She was very kind and definitely a super host! The house was full of every amenity you could need: Toiletries, shampoo and conditioner, coffee and tea, all the cooking & grilling utensils, and iron
 literally anything you might need is there- making it feel like a home away from home! The outdoor shower and hot tub were both a huge bonus after a day of exploring. While we enjoyed a couple of afternoons out- we always looked forward to coming back to the quiet and seclusion of the bungalow. I could go on and on. I can’t say enough good things about Mary or Cocoa Bungalow!

Wow...Amazing

When you stay at this place you are not just paying for a bed to sleep in, you are purchasing an experience. My wife and i visited and stayed here for three days to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. All i can say is wow... Do it. Treat yourself and your significant other and maybe invite another couple.. The place was very clean and elegant. The home felt like a piece of Florida history. We felt like royalty during our stay. Mary was very friendly and responded very quick to any questions. This place is truly a gem an an overall amazing experience. 6 out of 5 stars!

Charming tropical retreat

This was a perfect retreat for our family of six. All we wanted was a warm pool and a bit of a tropical vacation vibe. We got that and more. The hosts were incredible, responsive and generous. The house, though small, was well organized; stocked with everything we could need; and was so tastefully appointed with little exotic touches, it really felt like we were “away”. The pool/spa were perfect — and the palms in the backyard framed the sky for a just-right mix of sun and shade throughout the day, and star watching at night. Little gathering/dining/lounging areas in the yard allowed everyone to enjoy relaxing in their own way. A wonderful retreat.

Amazing and needed getaway!

With the pandemic, we all needed a break from the quarantine life. My son found this property and we immediately booked the time. It looked like a dream come true. It was the backyard oasis that sealed the deal. The idea of being outside in a pool, a hammock, a hot tub was enough to lure us to Fla. Plus, Mary was such a friendly responder with all of my questions. She seemed so bright and honest. Once we got to the property, all of our stress melted away. I had 3 older boys with me (18, 20, 21 yo) with me as well as a 13 yo and my husband. The town was so close for the boys to get dropped of and walk around in town or sit on the beach. My 13 yo and I even got to the Palm Beach Zoo, which was one of the best zoos. We had so much fun. It was also very close to our location. But what really sells this house for me is the details!! Mary thought of everything anyone could need and had the sweetest and nicest touches all around the house. Everything was thought of and remembered. The bath wash smelled so very good, and the kitchen was stocked with all needed items. We all felt so happy here. I will be returning over and over again. Do not pass this up if you have the opportunity. The BEST experience. Five Stars all the way!!
