Exceptional Quality Throughout!

Reviewer Comments: This lake home was totally remodeled from the frame and is in pristine condition with new interior siding, countertops flooring and appliances. The lot is secluded with a walkout to a quiet bay on Kentuck Lake. An added bonus is the attached secure garage that helps with unpacking your gear and plenty of room to store any "toys" you might bring with you. Although no sandy beach, the lake is good for fishing and the property offers kayaks, paddleboat and a canoe. The road into the property and around the lake was recently paved and is great for walks and biking.

Perfect house for our Christmas getway! Decorated so cute for the holiday!! Host had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable…side note we are on the hunt for the mattress from the primary room…so incredibly comfortable! Already taking about making a summer trip to stay there. Would highly recommend staying here and we will be back!!

Fisherman's Paradise

It is very peaceful and our dogs roamed freely. If you like to fish, Kentuck Lake has Muskie, Walleye, Bluegills, Perch and Bass. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Cabin!

We stayed three nights here with six adults. Everyone comfortably had their own individual sleeping arrangements. This cabin was well stocked with anything and everything needed during our stay.

Awesome place to get together with family and friends

The home is very well equipped… everything from tiki torches to kayaks! The kitchen had everything you’ll ever need too! Our group consisted of three couples and three dogs. Dogs loved running and playing outside! We were so grateful to find a place to bring our pets. Very relaxing week! And it’s close enough to many bars and restaurant. Great grocery store in town. Highly recommend!

Nice plane in a very wooded area

This was a very nice home located in a very wooded area with lots of privacy. It’s very nice that they let you use the garage. It makes it very convenient to load/unload your vehicles and store outdoor things. The fireplace comes with wood and is also a great feature. Would definitely come back.

We loved ice fishing on the lake and enjoying the fireplace in the living room while doing puzzles. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware which made it easy to prepare meals. Having access to the large garage was also nice to keep cars out of the snow/ice.

Great week - Enjoyed the privacy.

Our host was great - Made the process very easy. Very relaxing property and cabin. Saw more bobcats than neighbors, bobcats 2, neighbors 0. Kitchen and great room was set up well for our large group. Beds were comfortable. The large garage was an additional bonus on the rainy day - lots of room to hang out and stay dry. Really enjoyed game room down stairs. Air hockey and foosball tournaments were a blast. Fishing was excellent as well.

Quiet & Beautiful

The property and home are beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the house has central air. We enjoyed a quiet week with our dog, and enjoyed the peaceful lake. Highlights for the week we’re watching the baby Robbins leave their nest and watching the fox kits at play. If you visit the area, we recommend The Nutty Squirrel for their their amazing chicken wings and generous pours. The owner was available to answer questions and even let us know that the home was ready for an early arrival. We highly recommend this property.
