â 6 minutes to Uptown Sedona (shops, restaurants, and galleries)
â 6 minutes to historic Tlaquepaque (shops, restaurants, and galleries)

â 11 minutes to Dry Creek Trailhead (Devils Bridge access)

Rideshares like Uber or Lyft are rare in Sedona, so we recommend bringing a car. You can take advantage of the Sedona Shuttle to get to popular trailheads where parking is difficult. The Posse Grounds Park & Ride is a just a 4-minute drive (25-minute walk) from the home. Shuttles run year-round, Thursday thru Sunday.
Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:
âą We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
âą Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
âą No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
âą Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
âą No firearms allowed on property
âą Do not move furniture
âą Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
âą Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
âą Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
âą Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
âą A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind
We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.
You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.
Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.
Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
