** Well-Equipped Kitchen: The open kitchen has plenty of counter space, essential cooking amenities, drip & Keurig coffee makers, and a dishwasher.
** Comfortable Living Area: The space has been recently updated with comfortable seating for 6 and large Smart TV.
** Stargazing Telescope: Discover the wonders of the night sky with the telescope provided, the stars area amazing here.
** Large Private Deck: Soak up the sun and savor breathtaking sunsets on the spacious deck overlooking the water.
** Beach Access: Below the deck lies a small beautiful white sand beach and grassy area, complete with communal BBQ.
** Kayak or Paddle Board Launch: the beach area just under the deck is the perfect place to launch for an island adventure.

Cedar Key is a charming coastal town steeped in history and teeming with wildlife. Originally settled as a thriving port in the mid-19th century, Cedar Key has a rich maritime heritage which is preserved in its Victorian architecture and quaint fishing village atmosphere.

Today, visitors come to Cedar Key for the diverse ecosystem, which includes an abundance of birdlife, marine species, and lush natural landscapes. The surrounding waters offer endless opportunities for recreational activities such as fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and birdwatching.

Once the sun has set over the Gulf guests are in for an extra special surpise with the night sky. Cedar Key`s minimal light pollution makes it an ideal destination for stargazing, with the Milky Way often visible to the naked eye. Whether exploring the town`s historical sites, eating some of the local seafood, or simply basking in the tranquility of coastal living, Cedar Key promises a memorable escape for travelers seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.

Time Out is a single level, lower floor unit and once inside there are no steps. The buidling complex is a stilted and does require guests to climb a flight of stairs to acces the condo`s front door.

There is parking for vehicles and golf carts under the building and there is an area in the middle of the complex for boat and trailer parking.

-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
