We are conveniently located to historical Madison, Eatonton and Greensboro which are quaint small towns. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat. Bring rafts to enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake. Additionally, bike rentals and nearby golf courses are available. The Ritz Carlton, located a few minutes away, offers several dining options and spa facilities.

Our vacation rental property is ideal for corporate functions, reunions, and large family gatherings. The home is a 75-minute drive from the Atlanta Airport and approximately 1 hour from Augusta.

This luxury home on Lake Oconee comfortably sleeps a large group and features beautiful amenities. The main level Master Suite features a big garden tub, private shower and double vanity. The stairway leads you to the second floor with three  rooms with King Beds, two that also have twin beds tucked in the dormers - a hit with kids! Two full baths are also located on this level. Additionally, the top level  features a connected play area with a television, bunk beds and crib.

The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with all possible amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen includes a double refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, large 6-burner stove, and double ovens. An second full kitchen is located in the basement area. The home features four dining spaces, including a breakfast room with a 10-person table and a spacious 10-seat dining room. The basement kitchen also seats 10. Outdoor seating is also available on the two large decks of the home, complete with covered areas and a veranda with unbelievable views. There are 2 washer and dryer sets, 2 cribs, and 2 pack-and-plays.

Competition may brew among guests in the large Billiard Room, complete with the tournament-level pool table. Numerous gathering areas are located throughout the home. An additional stairway off the kitchen leads to a fully furnished basement with kitchen and lounge. The spacious room on this level welcomes immediate access to Lake Oconee. There is a luxury shuffle board table and dart area. Two private bedrooms and full bath complete this lower floor.

The home also features smart tv's in all rooms, as well as on the outside deck and a large screen tv by the pool.  There are 3 outdoor firepits, two gas, and one wood-burning beside the lake. Finish your day with a swim in the private pool and hot tub while watching a round of golf on the big screen!
