Peacefully nestled on a four-acre lot with nearly 500 feet of direct riverfront, enjoy easy access to swimming, rafting with the provided tubes, the river’s two-acre private island, and plenty of the best fishing holes the Cullasaja River has to offer. Try your luck with the rainbow trout, or head out to explore the area’s scenic waterfalls such as Dry Falls, Bridal Veil, & Sequoyah, a short drive away. You’ll also find Bartram Trail, Nantahala National Forest, Jackson Hole Gem Mining, Whiteside Mountain Trail, Lake Nantahala, and Smoky Mountain National Park all within about 30 miles of home.

When you’re not hiking, fishing, rafting, or basking in the scenic overlook views, come back to relax in the beautifully designed living area adorned with comfortable furnishings and stylish decor with rustic accents. Stream family movie night on the large smart TV or get cozy with a good book by the wood-burning fireplace. The inviting, full kitchen hosts modern appliances, gorgeous cabinetry, and ample storage space for effortless mealtimes. Even better, grill up the day’s fresh catch on the spacious deck while others leisurely float back on the river, conveniently arriving right at the front door! As the evening draws to a close, come together around the firepit to create lasting memories, share laughter, indulge in s’mores, and revel in the soothing river sounds just beyond your reach.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
