Cabane en rondins d'époque 1800 sur le ruisseau de la truite de la Caroline du Nord. Situé dans les belles montagnes de Franklin, NC. A 1 chambre à coucher, 1 cabine de salle de bains avec baignoire à pattes, cuisine avec cuisinière à bois, micro-ondes, cafetière Keurig, réfrigérateur antique, barbecue à gaz et un salon / salle à manger avec cheminée en pierre et canapé inclinable. Situé sur un étang privé avec cascade, gazebo et trou de baignade. Propriété étonnante pour échapper à l'agitation de la vie et se connecter avec la nature. 2 couchages, mais canapé inclinable pourrait dormir 2 autres ou matelas pneumatique est la bienvenue!

Annual mountain trip

Every summer we take a week to go to the Carolina mountains. This was our first time to Franklin, NC and the cabin. It was an absolutely wonderful vacation. The cabin and the property are both amazing. The raging creek is right at the back doors and the sound and coolness from it will put you in total relaxation as soon as you arrive.We brought our 5 yr old dog and she loved roaming the property and swimming at the swimming hole. It was an amazing vacation for us all!Terri, Dennis and Sage

Great quiet place to stay

We stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved the place. It's very quiet and very beautiful. I wish we had more time to stay there. The owners were every nice and respected our privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Air conditioner was listed as an amenity. It wouldn't cool the home down below 84 degrees. When asked about it, I was told I could leave the doors and windows open at night. Did not feel safe at with this host and left after the first night.

A Little Slice of Heaven

Relaxing cabin by the creek!

Loved our stay at this beautiful cabin by the creek! The cabin made you feel like you’ve gone back in time! It was so nice to disconnect from everything and just enjoy the beautiful grounds and pond! Halloween stay

This is our second time staying and it was every bit as good. I cant recommend it highly enough. We built a roaring fire and listened to ghost stories after dinner. There is a trout stream on the property and perfect for a little fly fishing. My wife took many baths in the large claw footed tub. If you need to get away, look no further.

Unplugged Peace and Quiet

Loved everything about our stay! I’ve booked several cabins over the years for weekend getaways with my partner and this is one of our favorites. We loved the elegance and simplicity of the place. The thought and details that went into the cabin decor can’t be beat. We truly felt like we took a step back in time before the internet ruined everything! It was perfect for a quiet and restful weekend. We’ll definitely be back.

Paradise!

The stay was amazing, the property was a dream! I only wish we had more time to stay and relax at the beautiful cabin. I loved sitting on the back deck and listening to the creek! Oir son loved trying to catch a trout, no luck though. My wife loved taking pictures of everything on the property, especially the covered bridge.

Perfect Getaway From It All!

We so enjoyed our stay here! Robin was a gracious host and so welcoming to our family. Tubing in the rain down the stream was by far the favorite activity of our family. Also, fishing in the pond, gathering around the fire, and going for the day to Highland made this a well round trip. We definitely will be back!!

Bath by the creek

This was a very unique stay. From the wood stove and fireplace to the babbling creek and bath. We had a great relaxing stay and appreciated the time to disconnect. Like stepping back in time with modern conveniences.

Our family has truly enjoyed this cabin and property. The kids love swimming onsite in the swimming hole, fishing in the creek (we stock regularly), and I personally enjoy reading and doing yoga on the deck. We are happy to share this little piece of heaven to the occasional rental. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
