Other things to note This location requires you to be of a minimum age of 25 years. 1. Golden rule: Treat our property how you’d like yours to be treated, and treat your neighbors how you’d like to be treated. - Our floors and carpets are super clean. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES. - Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest free. - Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 8am.
2. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).
3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.
4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine.
5. Please follow our Check-In time of 4pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road. - You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars.
6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it. - LOST KEY FOB is $150. - LOST Garage Sensor IS $150. - If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30. - Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.
7. GUESTS - You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment unless otherwise agreed. Upon request, you must supply a government ID of your guest(s) for complex security. -- If you want to invite a larger group of guests, contact Grand Road about renting a common area for entertainment and hosting a larger group. We’d love to help. -All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional overnight guest, please contact us or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices. -All guests that are not part of the reservation must leave the premises before midnight (12 am). Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest.
8. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. -If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations.
9. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.
10. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.
11. DO NOT CONTACT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON, they will only work with us.

The house is nice and clean, access to amenities was great but the hot tubs were either not clean, or closed for cleaning much of our time there. As mentioned I. Other reviews, the train is very loud throughout the night and makes it difficult to sleep.

We loved the unit and the amenities are amazing. The host was very communicative and it was easy to check in and out. The trains near us didn't bother us at all. In fact, it was fun to watch them go by. Easy walk to downtown to see the lights at Temple Square and see the Nutcracker. Would rent this unit again.

We attended a conference by the Delta Center (walking distance to it!). This place is amazing, spacious and comfortable. Definitely we'd stay here again and again!

Camber townhouse
Grand Road and their staff were fast excellent communicators with our rental and stay. The rail noise was a little bothersome but, all else was awesome. Yes, I would stay there again. The amenities of Camber were really nice at the end of a ski day.

Great place. Per other comments we were a little worried about the train. It did not bother us at all. We heard it slightly and kids on upper level felt vibrations but our sleep wasn't disrupted. Beds were cozy and comfortable, check-in/check-out instructions were clear. Highly recommend and will use again if ever in the area.

Our family was flying in for a funeral. It was a convenient location for the airport travel. It was a difficult location because of the FrontRunner and train noise! It was nice to have multiple rooms with a king size bed. The towels and bedding were very high quality.

Great townhouse
Great rental. The train was as reviewed, shakes the house, but I brought my own sound machine and was not an issue. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, good linens. Great communication and ease of entry. Amenities was great and the gym is amazing.

Beautiful condo with great amenities
This is a beautiful, clean, bright condo just south of downtown. The amenities (pool, fitness center, lounge with golf simulator, bowling alley and shuffleboard) are an added bonus. The only distraction is the condo is literally 20 feet from train tracks and we heard the trains all night long - blowing horns, warning bells from crossing guards, etc. If you don't mind the trains - it's PERFECT!

The place had nice bedrooms with bathrooms. The living area and deck were very nice. It was super clean, and location good for walking to downtown and local grocery store. If you can not handle stairs then do not rent as this unit has 3 levels. Would have been 5 stars but for the noise and vibrations from the train tracks close by, which make it hard to sleep some nights.

Thanksgiving visit
Stayed for 4 days in SLC. Enjoyed the amenities with our family. The roof deck, pool, hot tub, bowling, pool, golf, games, books was wonderful place to enjoy for all of us. Having the grocery store across the street. Everything within driving distance. Room and space for everyone!

Beautiful Condo
The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. I really appreciated being having garage parking. The nearness to downtown events was helpful, as I do not know the area well. I do wish that I had paid closer attention to the reviews to realize how close we were to the railroad crossing. I am glad that I packed ear plugs. Noise cancelling earbuds would be a good option, too.

Beautiful condo! The pool and common rooftop area is amazing!!! The condo also has a private garage for your use.We had a few minor issues and the hosts we very quick to reply and take care of the issues.The train horn blowing is still going on and they hope it will get resolved soon. Sitting on the porch was a bit annoying when they went by, although with the windows closed, it was tolerable. Fortunately once I got to sleep, I never heard them.It is 3 floors and no elevator in the condo, but its nicely laid out with 3 1/2 baths.If we get back here again, I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is less than 50 feet from a major train crossiing
I feel bad because the property management company did a great job. The place was very clean and well appointed, and the amenities were really nice, though in a separate building.While the listing does indicate that train horns are being blown at the local crossing, it hardly tells the story. This apartment is literally 25-50 feet from a very major train crossing, 5 tracks deep. With a train yard visible from the rooftop about 0.25 miles away. There were multiple trains going by every 10-15, 24 hours per day. So even if the trains weren’t blowing their horns the crossing signal bells and track noise would be enough to make you loose your mind. It made it impossible to enjoy the patio, and we’d have to pause our movies or conversations every few minutes. By the end of our trip, we were all cranky and sleep deprived. They did leave us a box of ear plugs on check in, but they are of little help
