Kimberly, sunrise coffee on that porch really is the best seat in the house, and being a few doors from your son's wedding made the location do double duty. Getting a high chair there the next day was an easy fix. Next time, the beach gear will be ready for you.

Specifically, we will: - Arrange a full moisture/mold inspection of the basement and breaker box and address ventilation and dehumidification needs. - Investigate and properly repair the living-room leak (the temporary patching you described is unacceptable). - Have HVAC/ventilation checked to stop condensation and reduce mustiness, and review our dehumidifier setup so guests aren’t inconvenienced overnight. - Inspect and repair all sticking interior and exterior doors. - Clean the garage refrigerator and confirm the primary refrigerator and icemaker match the listing; we’ll update the listing if necessary. - Service the garage door openers and remotes so both doors operate reliably. - Clear the clogged drain at the bottom of the steps and correct drainage to prevent pooling. We take safety and guest comfort seriously and will use your feedback to make necessary repairs and improvements.
