Ce petit chalet est situé directement sur la baie de Cape Cod Eastham. Avec deux chambres plus une mezzanine, cette maison confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. Le premier niveau de la maison dispose d'un salon avec des vues magnifiques, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, une table à manger et salle de bain complÚte. Il ya aussi deux chambres à coucher au premier étage, une avec un lit queen size et la seconde avec deux lits jumeaux de taille. La mezzanine à l'étage dispose également de deux lits jumeaux de taille. Les installations comprennent un barbecue à gaz, une grande terrasse, une machine à laver / sÚche-linge, un accÚs Internet sans fil et une douche extérieure fermée.
Non remboursable 135 $. 00 Frais de sécurité administrative plus les taxes nationales et locales applicables. Paquet de linge est disponible sur demande pour une capacité maximale à un coût supplémentaire de 195 $. 00.

Dreamy stay on the bay

Loved staying at this property! It's all about the view and the adirondacks. House was a perfect size for our family-of-four, it felt like home. Biggest drawback of the house was the uncomfortable mattresses. It was also slightly removed from the ideal sandbar experience, which was just a 5-min walk down the beach.

My favorite vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been a recurring renter for 20 years. This year was very disappointing for me. The house was not clean upon arrival. I found food in my bed. The bathroon had a leak and when it rained flooded the bathroom and ruined all of my paper products and I had to buy new ones. This is not a new leak you could see the seam and the water stains and it has been raining all summer so this has been here. The grill was filthy and broken, you could not start it without a lighter and there was not a lighter to be found. I think it is the cleaning company or the agency responibilty to make sure these things are there. We bring everything else and pay almost 5 thousand dollars for a week the least that can be done is making sure dish towels and lighters are there as they have been every other year. I love this cottage and treat it like my own home but this year the condition of the cottage was very sad.I love the real estate people and the location and have made so many memories here, I hope this was just a fluke

Unbeatable Views

Beautiful and clean house in an unbeatable location. Listing is extremely accurate. The only thing that I think should be mentioned in the listing is that the parking area is very tight. We had a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and a Subaru Impreza and were barely able to get them both in the driveway while still being able to open the doors. Everything else about this house was amazing and we will be renting again.

Beautiful & relaxing!!! Great for kids!

My husband and I, and our 2 kids had an AMAZING time at this adorable water front house. The house it’s self was so cute and inviting, was just the right size (could have actually fit 2 more people), and was in an unbelievable location. The back deck was my absolute favorite. Sitting out there, able to watch our kids while they played during low tide, relaxing in the sun, or under the moon was exactly what we needed. We saw about 15 shooting stars in one clear night! When the tide is low, you can walk out on the beach at least a mile! When the tide is high the water comes right up to the rocks, but was never too rough. It was so fun kayaking, and paddle boarding around. It’s truly amazing. I would absolutely go back and highly recommend it to anyone. I’m wishing I was there right now!
