PRENDRE MAINTENANT PRINTEMPS / RÉSERVATION D'ÉTÉ! 1 1/2 MILES AU CENTRE DE CONVENTION DE LA CÔTE D'ÉMERAUDE Spacieux condo 1 chambre entièrement meublé situé au coucher du soleil sur la magnifique île d'Okaloosa. À seulement 100 mètres du golfe du Mexique. La piscine est située directement par la porte arrière. Ce condo confortable est décoré dans un décor tropical. Ce condo peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement, a une grande chambre principale, deux lits superposés intégrés et un grand canapé-lit. Vous apprécierez vraiment chaque minute de votre séjour dans notre condo. Alors, enlevez vos chaussures et profitez-en! Si vous voyagez en famille ou entre amis, nous avons trois unités de condo disponibles, toutes trois sont des unités de 1 chambre, 2 au rez-de-chaussée et une au deuxième étage.

This condo was so cute and was in a great spot. Although you can see the beach it is only a few steps to be right on the beach. We enjoyed it so much.

Wonderful vacation home!

The owner was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. It was a short walk to the beach. Would definitely rent again!

My Husband and I spent a weekend anniversary here - it was the perfect location for us to do some beach fishing. The place is very spacious and clean.

The condo was very well fitted. New appliances and furnishings. Very clean.

We loved the proximity to the beach and activities. Had wonderful dinning options very close by. Crab island, sunset cruise, and shopping was also amazing. Overall great value, great experience. Will be back!

Home Away from Home

Wonderful cottage just steps from the beach. We felt so comfortable that we were actually depressed to leave. Clean, comfee and stocked just right. Cant wait to go back.

Great place with great beach access

This cute ground floor condo was perfect for 3 adults. It was clean, well stocked and quite comfortable. The recliner was a plus! Although this is not right on the beach, it is a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Great experience with the host who kept us informed right from the time of booking and throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Could not be happier

If there is a nicer condo, of similar size and price anywhere from Pensacola to Panama City Beach, I’d have to see it to believe it. We are talking about booking next year already. The hosts were readily available and accommodating.

Great beach location!

The Sunset Cottage was an easy, short walk to the beach and had plenty of parking right next to the unit. The beds were very comfortable, even the pull out sofa! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. A better description of the location of the lock box (mounted on the door frame near the AC units) and more visible numbers would have made the self check-in even easier. We had a great stay and would stay there again!

Very close to beach and very clean!

Loved our stay. Nice and clean, comfy condo very close to the beach. It had all the dishes we needed to cook. It had a nice pool which was near the shower to rinse off sand from the beach. The large storage box outside the condo had beach toys to share and boogie boards which we found toward the end of our stay. Michelle answered promptly when we had a question and very friendly. Enjoyed the beach! Hope to come back one day!

Loved this place! Good size for a couple & kids!

We took our 3 kids for 3 nights and felt like we were right at home! You can't see the beach directly but it is such a short walk. We loved that there was always parking available right beside the room. Short drive to everything. Owners respond quickly to concerns.

Beautiful and relaxing!

We spent our Spring Break there this year and it was amazing. The beach is so beautiful and the condo makes it such a nice vacation! We have 3 kids and love having a kitchen and more homey place to stay. The unit is clean and there was not anything else we could ask for. It is amazing how nice it is to even have a washer and dryer with 3 kids. Needless to say, the kids had a blast and we cant wait to return this July!

Clean, close to beach, relaxing condo!

We are a family of 4 with two kids under 10 plus our dog. We've been to this area many times and tried new places each time but nothing quite stuck. Ron and Michelle's condo was by far our favorite. We loved the "borrow bins" and didnt have to worry about bringing chairs or beach toys. The beach access is about a minute walk. Everyone at the condo is very friendly. The pool is right outside the door but it's not noisy whatsoever. I enjoyed sitting in the chair hearing the birds chirping! Condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We will be back!

Beach Condo

What a great spot! The condo was spotless and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was so close to the beach. You walk outside and the beach access is literally steps away from the door. We didn’t use the pool because we were at the beach the whole time. The umbrella and lounge chair service at the beach was an added bonus. Less stuff to carry.

Cleanest property I've stayed at thus far. I am very detail oriented & I was blown away by your property! Thank you for exceeding my expectations. I could smell the laundry detergent on the sheets! I've never felt more at home. You delivered everything that you said the property was. When I arrived, I had issues finding out how to get into our condo, but my call was answered immediately. Very happy with our stay!

Great vacation!

We had an awesome two weeks on Okaloosa Island! The condo was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the bunk beds and pull out couch. All of the appliances were in perfect working condition. The condo was very clean and smelled fresh. The owners were so incredibly helpful and kind. They bent over backwards to accommodate us. I am truly grateful. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and it wasn’t crowded at all. The pool was perfect for the kids and several mornings we saw it being cleaned. This property is very well taken care of. This is our fifth summer vacation to the beach and our first time here and this condo is my favorite by far!

Lovely Stay!!

Our stay was amazing! We had such a great time! Ron & Michelle are very caring & responsive. They want you to enjoy your stay. The condo is beautiful, clean, with nice decor. Beach access is so close! Just a few steps away! Great location, not loud and busy. Our stay was quiet. We had people staying above us but never knew it until we talked with them from their balcony. Everyone was very nice. The heated pool was a big plus as the weather was a bit chillier for the first couple days of our stay. It's very close to the Gulfarium and several choices for dining. It was myself, husband & 4 children. Everyone slept comfortably in the bed room, bunk beds and pull out sofa. The washer & dryer is a bonus to keep up with laundry. We definitely recommend & hopefully someday will visit again! Thank you Ron & Michelle!

Beautifully located on quiet OKALOOSA Island. The complex was built in 2000 with only 19 units which makes it not a busy complex with ease to enjoy vacation and make many cherished family memories. We are family owned and operated since 2004. Our goal is to allow for an amazing vacation get-away, without any worries or hassles.
