This property was beautiful! The pool was perfect, and the beach was RIGHT THERE! We had a great time celebrating my daughter's 40th birthday. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. The deck was the perfect place to hang out in the evenings. This was our first time in Perdido Key, but it won't be the last!!

Great location with phenomenally private area of the beach! Easy access and great views of our party from the deck patio! Patio and pool area furniture were the best I’ve experienced. Pool was clean and used abundantly! The house itself could sleep an entire army regiment! AC was great on all three levels. Kitchen stocked to the gills! Amazing family room kept our crew and kids happy and together most of the trip! We plan on returning!

Nice property and extremely responsive property managers! Most of the sleeping accommodations and spots are accounted for in the bunk room and downstairs floor, so not much privacy if you’re traveling with couples

This house was the perfect place to connect as a family!! Beautiful views, comfortable places to eat, lounge, read, sleep, swim, and enjoy each other’s company!! Steps from the beach, minutes from several restaurants- we wouldn’t change a thing!!

Great family house

This beautifully updated house was exactly what we needed for our family. There was plenty of room and the location was perfect! The patio on the beach was a favorite hang out spot. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns.

Perdido House Review

Overall a very nice property. The updates and renovations were noticeable and everything was extremely clean. The location and proximity to everything while also taking advantage of beach front is unmatchable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look to book again for future trips to Perdido Key.

Beautifully decorated, stunning view, private pool

Every single room is beautiful. There really isn’t a bad room in the place. Our kids loved the bunk room, playroom and pool. We enjoyed the private beach and stunning decor. Even the bedding and throw blankets were so soft and cozy. The kitchen… is just gorgeous and perfect for a large family dinner. We loved it and will stay again if we get the chance.

Wonderful Propwrty

We loved our stay at this villa. Our family of 14 stayed and there was so much room! The kids played pool, ping pong and arcade games. The beach was beautiful! It was so nice having a private pool for everyone to gather and play in. The only thing that I would recommend is to put a lock (like a restroom slide lock) on the outdoor shower. With the wind blowing, the shower door opens and closes with a bang that was loud enough for it to wake my aunt downstairs. I called the rental company due to the air conditioner leaking Thursday night and they came Friday to repair it. The air conditioner company drained it, but within an hour of them leaving, it started leaking again. I called the rental company back to let them know. I was pleased with the rental company!

House was nice . . . . . but

Both furnaces were broken -- went 24 hours during cold weather without heat. The pool pump was broken for the whole stay -- scummy water, not usable. Also, they don't heat the pool. Finally, not like most vacation rentals, the first day supplies were extremely poor. We had to buy salt and pepper, coffee filters, soap . . . For the high-end rental price for this property I would expect better. Also, when we called VRBO to notify them of the furnace problem, they said "did the listing tell you the house was heated?" When I asked them to contact the owner for help, they left a voicemail for "the homeowner" on my phone, not the owners. VRBO refused to offer us any compensation for our issues.

Beautiful home!!! Checked all the boxes for the weekend. Only issue was the motion activated lights downstairs. If someone woke up earlier than others or had to go to the bathroom while it was dark, it was like being blinded by high beams out of nowhere while you were trying to sleep. Ha!! Minor inconvenience for a great stay/property
