Unit 403 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1427 square feet unit on the 4th floor, with a 141 square feet balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen has a standard drip coffee maker and luxurious new countertops. The master bedroom has a king bed and a master bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo and upgraded granite countertops. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds with an attached guest bathroom with an walk-in shower. Tile throughout the unit, in kitchen, hallway, living room and both bedrooms. This unit sleeps 6 people.

The mattresses in the unit are BADLY in need of replacing. The tile floor (which did not have any throw rugs in the living areas) was very dirty. Not visibly dirty; but when we went barefooted in the unit, our feet were brown. We had to go buy socks to wear when inside.

Cleaning issues

The grout in both bathrooms in the showers had black mold on it, and so did the shower heads. Under the t.v in living room looks like it was never dusted. The box spring cover in the guest bedroom with 2 beds had brown stuff splattered all over it and plug in outlets in bedroom had shortages in them. More cleaning time needs to be taken in this room.The male security guard was non friendly.

We found a pair of shoes and tissues under our couch. Dust was all over the t.v stands. Other than that very nice condo.
