We loved this cozy & quiet home in Branson. Immediately upon booking, we received great communication from Adam around our arrival and stay. Everything was spotless, Kitchen had everything you would need as far as cooking utensils, and it was perfectly located within Branson to easily access all the attractions and shops. 24 hours before departure, We received another excellent communication from Adam detailing what we needed to do to leave the property and thanking us for our stay. We have already recommended this property to a few friends we know are coming to Branson this fall.

Great location - close to everything in Branson. Loved that the property included the cable package - was able to watch March Madness games (some live TV streaming services like Hulu don't allow to yatch outside of your home address unless using mobile).

Awesome! The location is perfect for getting anywhere in the Branson area; we were able to avoid most traffic back-ups. Parking was close, with easy ground-level entry access to the unit. Rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the little extras : Coffee available for the coffee maker (although a few Keurig pods would be helpful too), soap for the washer, small signs indicating light switches, lots of extra towels if needed, a truly well-stocked kitchen, board games, and more! Communication with host Adam was super quick & convenient.We highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Adam's. There were 2 couples and we had plenty of room to spread out if we wanted. The screened in porch was nice to sit out in the morning and watch the golfers while enjoying our breakfast. This place is very clean and has everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect for us. We will definitely be staying here again.

This condo was perfect. No stairs to climb, very comfortable, plenty of room and space, and lots of light. It was clean and had everything we could have needed. We had no issues at all throughout the entire stay and the price was great. We would gladly stay there again...and probably will!

It is a great property; however there are three issues: (1) very early in the morning strong steps were annoying in the floor above ours; (2) washing/dryer machines were used in the above floor or next door apartment. Producing a lot of noise. (3) The two rooms king bed need new mattresses. They are overused or too soft, maybe old.

Both king mattresses are less than two years old. They're both Serta Pedic and nearly all of our guests love them. We understand that everyone has their own unique preferences, however. This property is a gorgeous walk-in suite with no steps or stairs; making for easy access. There is only one condo above this property. This guest never once reached out to us during their stay regarding a noise complaint. Had they, we ould have immediately reached out to the HOA's property manager and resolved it. We are huge advocated for quiet hours and being respectful of one another. We look forward to having you back again the next time you're in beautiful Branson, Missouri!

The condo was so nice and roomy. Pictures don’t do it justice. Nicely decorated and very clean. Close to the strip and all activities. We will definitely rent again. The host was always available and kept in touch the whole trip.
