Welcome to Once Upon a Tide Pensacola! Completely renovated like new-build Resort Style furnished home with astounding views of Old River and the Gulf of Mexico. You may even catch the Blue Angels buzzing the beach or nearby bays! Enjoy the large in-ground heated pool with spa (extra fee applies for heating pool), then stroll steps down the street to access 2 miles of State Park Beach! We provide beach chairs and beach wagon to making the trip to the beach easy. Outside enjoy the private pool and spa, with ledge loungers and other outdoor furnishings, including a BBQ grill, firepit, corn hole and outdoor shower.

The home has a ground floor bunkroom/recreation room/office, and double garage. The game room includes an Xbox, Pac-Man arcade and other assorted games and toys. There is also a ping pong table in the garage for your enjoyment. Ascend the stairs to the main living area where you'll find a light and airy living room featuring a fireplace and beautiful natural light. On this level of the home, there is a full bath, state of the art kitchen, large dining area and a sun porch that spans the width of the home. There is also a home gym with exercise equipment, Peloton and sauna. Enjoy endless views and privacy of a mile of State Park preserve and the most stunning of sunsets! The kitchen has ample cabinet and counter space, granite countertops, an island and stainless appliances and a large pantry. The third floor features the Primary Suite with amazing natural light and views, a luxury spa-style Bathroom with walk-in shower, stand alone tub and double vanities, and a huge walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms are spacious, and two have an open deck to take in the sunsets, and park/gulf views. There are two guest full bathrooms on the third level as well. We also offer 2 pack and plays for the little ones in your group.

This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking.
