Blue Parrot was fantastic for our group of 11 - we really enjoyed the direct beach access, and the location within Hopkins. Cornel was fantastic helping us set up a private chef (Aaron - highly recommend!), and the general check-in and check-out was seamless.

Excellent location with a fantastic pool with kayaks & paddle boards. We used the golf cart & bikes to toodle around town. The home offer 1-3 spaces to rent. Our group rented all 3, please note...no internal stairs between main and upstair levels. Steps to the beach & water. We saw a manatee, Pelicans, dolphins and flying fish. Beautiful views of the stars.

Everything came as described. Very nicely appointed and situated on the beach. Beautiful pool. Extremely well kept. Very responsive house manager, as well as housekeeping, groundskeeping, and pool cleaning.. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Beach Spot

This place was exactly what we wanted for the last 4 days of our trip to Belize - right on the beach with a lovely big pool, close to restaurants and bars and with space for our large group! Our only complaint was that the rainy weather didn’t allow us to thoroughly enjoy the property and one only got one proper day enjoying the beach and pool!

Awesome Beach House!!

Wow! Amazing rental!

This place does not disappoint! We rented the upstairs and downstairs for our family of nine, 5 adults, an almost adult and three older kiddos. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was fantastic, the beach was amazing. I can't say enough nice things about this property. There were several good restaurants in walking distance, but we did rent a car and were happy to have it for groceries and excursions.

Siebert Destination Christmas 2017 at Blue Parrot Beach House

Our family of five adults spent seven nights (including Christmas) in the Blue Parrot Beach House and we had a wonderful time. The house was more than adequately sized for the five of us. We did recommend a few little tweaks be made, but otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay. Hopkins is a great little town with amazing places to eat also. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

Our Family Christmas Trip in February!

The Blue Parrot is amazing! Better than we expected and so comfortable. Josie helped us with everything we needed and Karla, the house keeper, refreshed our towels whenever we needed it. We had the whole house for six of us and used the downstairs for meals and socializing. We would stay here again! All the people in Hopkins are very friendly!

Great place for a large family

We are a family of six with 4 kids ages 10 - 14, and we had a fantastic time here! The pool is outstanding, and Cornel and Josephine were incredibly responsive - every time we had a question or issue, they would reply within minutes (if not seconds!) Josephine helped us to arrange a fantastic snorkel/fishing trip, which everyone loved. The prices were competitive and our captain and guides were outstanding. Location is also great - a bit quieter because it's nestled between resorts, but town is just a short drive or bike ride away.

Wounderfull Holiday

Great house to rent.Would be nice to have TV in living room.Enjoyed sun anb Margaritas on beach just steps from house. Maides where wonderful as where owners of Parrot Cove lodge next door.Great food there and (Frog's Point) (Driftwood Pizza) (Barracuda grill) and Lucky Lobster. Did fishing trip Happy-go-Lucky tours and snorkelling trip.Trip to Xunantunich ruins a must see..thank you for great holiday Cornel. Doug Phillips

Work getaway

We had a group of 7 work girls on this trip. We appreciated the 2 separate spaces, the pool, and being right on the ocean. We did have a couple issues, including a broken refrigerator and 1 door that didn't work, but the host was very prompt to respond to our messages, and went out of his way to fix the issues, which was very appreciated. As a person who travels frequently, how a host responds to concerns weighs much more in my opinion than everything being absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful

We absolutely loved our time in Belize. We booked the fishing and snorkeling, golf cart and chef Aaron through the property manager. I would recommend anyone use them for anything you need or want. They were extremely attentive and responsive. And if you want the best meal you will have in Belize…hire Chef Aaron and his team. They are the best and the food was amazing!!! The house is in a great location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The friendliest locals who always have a smile to greet you:) Don’t hesitate, book this home and be ready for relaxation and memories that will make you smile:)

Fantastic time in Hopkins!

Just wanted to say thank you for an amazing stay in Hopkins! We rented the ground floor of your property and thought it was perfect. The home was clean and well equipped and close to town and local restaurants. Corri, Chef Rob and staff were attentive and extremely helpful with planning our excursions, everyone is so friendly!! Special thanks to Beaver and John at Lucky's for our fishing and snorkelling adventure, and to the crew of Belize Underwater for our diving/snorkelling day. We took advantage of the beautiful weather and walked the beach into town. Make sure to try the local beach establishments: Windschief (best fish and chips), Thongs cafe, and Queen Bean, just to name a few. And the delicious restaurants all within walking distance: Chef Robs, Barracuda and Lucky Lobster. We truly cannot wait to return. We applaud Hopkins for staying small and local!!

Belize - Terrific!

Our family had a terrific time in Belize. The property was well sited within easy walking distances restaurants and beach bars. The property provided kayaks and paddleboards which we used extensively. Plenty of beach space to park on and enjoy the sun and surf. Definitely recommended - Hopkins is a quaint town with plenty of restaurants and good location for excursions inland, sea activities, and easy drive to Plancencia.

Excellent Property

We had an excellent stay at this property. We rented the entire villa for a week. The villa is very nice and is right on the sand. The property was clean and stayed that way thanks to the included house keeper. We had an excellent time and would book this again. Our only complaint, was that the listing said there was a pool and there wasn't one. With the beach right there and other properties in the area letting you use their pool as long as you are buying drinks, it wasn't a big deal at all. I would recommend this place.

Perfect for us

This rental was very spacious, we rented the entire villa, even though it looked like we would have plenty of space with just the bottom half. Communication was very good and the units were nice and tidy. It was beyond our expectations as many times the pictures look better than how the rentals are in real life. This one was the opposite. It’s exactly what’s advertised or better. Many restaurants are within walking distance and the best breakfasts experience we had was with the neighbours at Love on the Rocks. Their crew showed up one day half an hour before opening to provide us with a very nice breakfast, so we could go on our day trip.

Blue Parrot House, Hopkins, Belize

The Blue Parrot House is nestled in a beachfront setting, amongst other resorts and local Hopkins residents. The setting is attractive and the house is well suited for various rental arrangements (we rented the entire house). However, we were disappointed that the house was not well maintained and required attention. We will provide the owners a list of needed repairs.

Excellent getaway

My family and I rented the entire house 3 days and we enjoyed our stay. Besides a little confusin with setting up housekeeping and the continental breakfast, I highly recommend this place. There are enough utensils for you to make your own food and convenient location to nearby stores if you need a few grocery supplies!

Amazing Stay Right on the Beach

We just came back from this amazing beach house. We stayed 7 nights/8 days and is was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The property sits only a few feet from the beach and we had incredible views of the Caribbean Sea from both our rooms downstairs. The owner was very attentive to our needs, even before we arrived to the house, and went the extra mile to find a smaller bike for my 10yro son. The management staff was very helpful once we arrived late into Hopkins. Without a doubt we plan on visiting again next year and hopefully with more family and friends. Cornel thank you so much for making our trip to Hopkins one that we will cherish for all time.

A week in Hopkins

Our fist visit to Belize will not be our last! Thanks to our stay in this beautiful villa. The house is fully stocked with everything that you need, including beach towels. We rented the lower level which was perfect for sitting on the patio and looking at the amazing view. The two master bedrooms that each have their own bathroom are on either side of the living area which gives you complete privacy. It was nice to have the maid service as well, the house was very neat and clean. The wonderful breakfast is included in the restaurant right next door and the service is impeccable. We used the kayaks on several occasions. The staff at Parrot Cove and both Chef Rob's and Love on the Rocks were so helpful and polite. We did several day trips, Happy Go Lucky Tours offers a great fishing and snorkeling tour. Both Beaver and Marlon were very helpful and showed us the best spots to both fish and snorkel. Then they took us to Bread and Butter Cays and cook our catch. We also did cave tubing and spent a day hiking at Bocawina Rainforest. I would highly recommend renting this property.
