Our enormous, private white beach and the emerald coastline of the Gulf of Mexico is positively breathtaking! The ocean color ranges from Emerald Green to Ocean Blue, and its absolutely gorgeous, ALL of the time!

**One of the BEST features about our resort, is the complete privacy to the East, along the beach...

There is a private three mile stretch of beach that is in front of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, which is adjacent to our resort, to the East, just beyond a row of beach homes...

This allows you to take a serene walk or run along the beach, for many miles, without seeing any resorts, houses, etc.!...

It is a completely quiet, scenic, absolutely beautiful stretch of beach/nature!

Our 52 acre resort is private, scenic and beautiful! There is a gated entrance with a security guard on duty 24 hours daily, which keeps the resort quiet, and ideal for those who want to exercise outdoors along our sidewalks and paths.

Our very spacious townhome is 2500 square feet, and it has 10 foot ceilings on BOTH levels, which offers plenty of room, for family fun! Our main floor has an open concept, with 10' ceilings and plenty of space, including a large living room with a huge sectional, space for much seating, a very large SMART TV, great for watching sports games and movies, a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, a spacious breakfast room, and a large laundry room space, as well!

It has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, that sleeps 8, a private, furnished screened in patio for relaxing evenings, and a quiet, scenic yard, that is perfect for your next vacation! The primary bedroom has a King bed, a sectional couch for relaxing, and a large bathroom, including a jacuzzi tub and a shower. The second bedroom also has a King bed, and a futon that folds down into a bed, as well as its own private bathroom with a tub/shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a Queen bed on the bottom and a Full bed on the top. We also have TWO pack n' plays for a babies/toddles and a high chair perfect for babies and toddlers as well! Each of the bedrooms, and the main floor living room all have their own SMART TV's!

There is all new, beautiful, light and neutral furniture, flooring, bedding and paint throughout the whole unit.

We have two parking spaces right by our entrance, perfect to easily unload groceries and luggage, as well as additional parking nearby, if you have any day time guests.

We have six beach chairs, three beach umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys for you to use at the beach, if you choose. If you prefer not to bring the chairs/umbrella that we provide, to the beach, you also have the option to rent the beach chairs and umbrellas that are set up already, at the beach, from the beach service. The beach service also has paddle boards and kayaks available to rent for ocean fun!

We have many children's, and even adult, games located inside the condominium, to end your long beach days, and to bring your group together to make memories inside, too!

*The SECOND, LARGER COMMUNITY POOL (that is heated when its cool outside) is located right by the beach, with a beautiful ocean view!! You have the option to use both pools!

There is a restaurant right by the large pool, which is the perfect place to dine with an ocean view!
Seasonal weekly live music and an outdoor movie for children make it such a special place for the whole family to enjoy a wonderful night outside!!

There are so many wonderful activities offered on our resort grounds, such as miniature golf, basketball, shuffleboard and walking trails, to a special "seasonal" weekly movie night and live music at the community pool deck area, located by the beach!

There are three restaurants located right on the property, including the Ocean Club at the front of the resort, the Blue Dunes Grill which is an indoor/outdoor casual beach/pool side restaurant with a gorgeous view, and TopSpin Bistro which is a small restaurant located just steps away from our condominium.

There is also a fun poolside tiki bar with an ocean view, too!

We are located in a perfect spot, with so many restaurants and shopping centers to explore, to both the east and the west of us. There is a great grocery store option very close by (a 5 minute drive) called Publix, as well as a Wal Mart just a little further down the road, and a Target in the other direction.

We are located approximately a 5 to 7 minute drive from Silver Sands Outlet Shopping Mall, and also the same distance from Baytowne Wharf, which has tons of restaurants, live music, an ice cream place, a great children's playground, Rum Runners piano bar, seasonal (spring break and summer) weekly firework displays on Tuesdays, and MANY GREAT CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES such as an amazing ropes course, a zip line and so much more!

Baytowne Marina also offers boat and paddle board rentals on the bay, and bike rentals, and they have a fun Marina Bar & Grill at Sandestin that has its own resident parrot, Mary Anne, for you to greet!

Restaurants choices all around!: There are tons of restaurants near our resort (a short drive), such as Black Bear Bread Co. or Donut Hole Cafe and Bakery, for coffee and breakfast, to Clean Juice for a healthy smoothie! There are wonderful ocean view restaurants close by, such as Blue Dunes Grill, right on our resort, Pompano Joe's, The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, and The Surf Hut, to name a few.

There are numerous other great spots, just a short drive away, without a view, but with plenty of atmosphere, such as Tommy Bahama, Louis Louis, Cantina Laredo, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, The Red Bar, Seagar's Prime Steaks and Seafood, Grimaldi's Pizzeria, Beach Walk Cafe, Tuscany Italian Bistro, Don Pedros Cantina, and so many more!

If you enjoy taking a little drive to explore more of the area, some additional favorite spots, both east and west of us, are Cafe 30A, Old Florida Fish House, Great Southern Cafe, Mimmo's 30A, Stinky's Fish Camp, Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House, Trattoria Borrago and Marina Cafe!
