Rustic natural stone fireplace. Granite countertops in kitchen, stainless steel appliances. Garbage disposal, gas stove with double oven. Whirlpool Jacuzzi Garden Tub. Comfortable radiant floor heat. Plenty of board and card games , DVD movies and books. Dishes, coffee maker and coffee with filters, pots, pans, silverware, utensils, spices, towels and linens on site. We have a generator onsite just in case of a power outage. Generator is automatic. We have 2 smart TV's and have logged into our Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts for you to use.
Centrally located for skiing in all directions, Sunday River (15min), Mount Abrahm ( 20 min), Wildcat Mountain NH (30 min), and Attitash NH. (45 min). Open outdoor stone fire pit. (Please use wood near fire pit or any dead wood in woods around property for fire pit, wood for indoor stone fireplace and wood stove is included and is on covered deck. You only need to bring food, beverages and personal items . Don’t forget your slippers, a good book and maybe a bathrobe.

No parties, or events!! No smoking inside the cabin or the garage!! No extra guests that are not included on the reservation. If you need to update number of guests prior to arrival, please let us know. If using fireplace or fire-pit please don’t leave it unattended while there are still flames present. No fireworks allowed. The full time residents have animals that do not tolerate loud noises well.
We do welcome families with children, however, please be aware that we do not have any child locks in place, we do not have child safety gates and there are 3 levels to the cabin. So keep this in mind as you will have to bring your own. We also do not have any highchairs, cribs, or other baby items. Thank you and enjoy your stay!
